Great service and communication. Lost a bearing on or boat trailer on Sunday after Christmas. Got a hotel for the night, called Eric Monday morning. Met us when he said he would, we agreed on the fix. He left to get parts, we went to the beach and lunch, he called just before he finished. Pricing was fair, especially given our compromised situation.

Great worker does a great job on everything he does.

Called last night about a blown brake chamber and was asked to text message my info that they didn't have anybody available for a road call tonight, 24hr service supposedly.

Anyways I did that and figured ok I'll go to bed and they'll call me first thing in the morning like I was told. They never called and it's now 1400 and I've attempted to contact them 5-10 times but am sent straight to voice-mail.

Glad I'm not sitting on the shoulder of 95 and was actually in a parking spot at the northbound weigh station.

Wouldn't bother calling he's a bad joke.
