Very personable and knowledgeable. They worked within my budget to ensure that I had a full set of quality tires on my car. Extremely fast installation time. The tires were balanced perfectly. Absolutely no vibration. Also did a completely safety check for preventative maintenance needs. Very honest and did not try to over sell

2 years ago I had an issue with a tire. Being newly widowed and disabled, I was frantic. First of all because my husband used to take care of all this and second because my funds were extremely limited. You hear stories all the time of women being taken advantage of in these situations. Not only did your employees fix my tire but your manager at the time allowed me to take my car home and come back the next day because your cc machine was down.
That experience is what brought me back to your store on June 9th.
It was refreshing to see that the sense of community was still prevalent with your employees. It was pleasant to walk into your shop and be greeted. They accommodated the change in my appointment time. (it was originally 2. I dropped the car off at 10. I picked it up at 1230 after church.) The whole experience was reminiscent of a time where customers. Not the dollar was the focus.
For the last 2 years I have recommended your business to all and will continue to do so

I visited this shop on 6/18 after my car started rumbling on my way to St. Augustine from South Florida. Unfortunately I had to replace 3 of my tires, but Michael and Jose were very helpful and had my car ready to go as quickly as they could. One of the tires went flat so I had to bring the car back the next morning, and Scott took care of it so much quicker than expected and now my car is running great. These gentlemen helped me and made a frustrating situation as stress-free as possible.

I was traveling from St Augustine to West Palm Beach a 3 hour drive on a Sunday at 3pm. I called multiple companies to help that couldn’t take us or help until we called Palm Coast Tire Plus. Jose was such a nice person over the phone and said he would get it done even though we were showing up right before they closed with no appointment. Bryan our technician was amazing and figured out a quick solution to patch my tire to get us home. We were very please with the customer service and friendly attitudes. Thanks again.

Jody treated my car like it was his during the alignment process. Also I was shown why I needed new tires prior to that and it was obvious to me and not just some upsell gimmick. Lastly I was told to do a cheaper wheel balance first before the expense one.

A very helpful shop that diagnosed our vehicle on a Sunday when they were short staffed and could have easily said no to our request. The service was quick and they explained to us what the problem was with full transparency which is obviously helpful when it comes to car repairs. We were given multiple options for how we wanted to move forward with our repairs. The shop has a clean restroom for those who are waiting for their cars back. They also had a TV and a phone charging station for multiple phones! Excellent experience overall and very helpful staff!

Always a great experience bringing my vehicle into Tires Plus for servicing. Pleasant and reliable customer service on every visit. Mostly I like the assurance I have with the work performed on my vehicle that it's been done correctly and professionally.

Tires plus palm coast went above and beyond. I was there for a simple oil and filter change with tire rotation. They brought me in the back and showed me a crack in my oil pan. Scott quickly got on the phone ordered the part for me and I was up and running in no time. I travel 1200 miles a month where anything could happen. Im thankful and blessed that the crew at tires plus found this issue.

My reason for such great scoring is the kindness of all the team members and their knowledge. They were very fast and helpful informing me that i would need brakes soon . I am very greatful for the members at my tires plus location so very friendly. Customer for life!!!

Called yesterday and got a quote on front brakes on my Lexus. Fast forward to this morning showed up and Jody and Chris my technician were all over it. Did my inspection no pressure no additional stuff. Jody made suggested maintenance but everything else was non emergency stuff . Jody shopped around got the parts needed and came in just under what was quoted !!! I have major trust issues when it comes to mechanics and such but I would take my car here again without a doubt. Thanks guys I tip my hat to you.

Did all they could to help me quickly while I waited and solve some problems I presented. I will be back for my next car needs because of it. Service people are great.

Great place to get new tires or a new battery. I had a dead battery and needed a jump and drove home from a long trip, but as it turned out, these guys tested my battery and everything was fine. Saved be $250. I'll be going there for any other auto needs.

I can finally give this place a good review. Thank you Jose! 😊 I am a Firestone customer and Firestone always claims that Tires Plus is an affiliate and honors Firestone. After being in PC since 2008, this is the first time of many calls, that the person on the other end said YES we are affiliated. All the previous calls said no. Tonight, I really needed that YES. I will go there again to test the consistency. But now I don't have to go all the way to Port Orange, maybe.

Very good customer service! They were very helpful and respectful of my time.

Came in off I95 with a rapidly deflating punctured tire on a Saturday afternoon; getting close to closing time. Instead of focusing on getting the shop closed, they focused on taking care of the car. These guys got us back on the road with a new tire in little more than a hour, all while handling a busy day. Was impressed with the manager’s juggling and people skills.
