Kohl's

It is so nice to have a department store like Kohl’s in our little town. They are well stocked and carry a wide variety of latest fashion, home accessories and decor, pet supplies, children’s clothing and accessories, skin and hair care products, etc. You get rewards and Kohl’s cash every time you shop and it is so convenient to return and use those rewards even on sale merchandise. You can purchase online also where they have an even larger selection, and if needed return items in store. Kohl’s associates go above and beyond to help make sure you have a great shopping experience and never make you feel rushed or unappreciated. Thanks Sandy for making my recent visit outstanding.

The customer service department was very helpful and very friendly! She made my return of two items very easy! And, the check out associate made my new purchases very quickly and was also very friendly! Thank you!

Clean, well supplied store with great customer service. While picking up an order for my wife I was unfamiliar with the process. However, each sales clerk provided direction. When Derrick (who was running package pick up) saw my struggles and frustration, he was quick to direct and assist to make the process efficient. I might even pick up the next package Im asked to get (smile).

I was treated wonderfully by associate Barb when I was having a pricing problem. She was quick, efficient and very helpful and friendly.

Had an Amazon return. The desk for that is located in the right back corner of the store. logged into WiFi, and was able to complete the transaction! Very nice store.

This store is very spacious, which is good and bad. It's great because you aren't trying to squeeze between racks and makes the shopping experience more enjoyable. The only downside is there isn't as much of a selection because there are so many fewer racks. Even the fitting rooms were large and spacious. It is kept up; no piles of tried-on clothes all over. The store, including the restroom is clean. Employees were friendly, too.
