Tony and Ruth both helped me with superb customer service, problem-solving, and enthusiasm to complete two projects - kitchen cabinet art and homemade game cards. I'm thrilled with how both turned out. Double win for both of them. And me!!

Staples! Please rest assured that your Palm Coast store is in great hands. Jeff was absolutely great. He assisted my wife and I in picking out a new laptop for work and was very patient with all of our questions. If anyone deserves a raise or promotion here it is surely Jeff. We hope he sees this and continues his outstanding customer service.

I wanted to commend Kei for her excellent customer service, knowledge, and sense of humor. Despite being busy, she took the time to engage with each customer personally, showing patience and providing valuable assistance. It's refreshing to see someone go the extra mile in customer service. Kei deserves recognition for her skills and her friendly demeanor. Such exceptional service is rare.

I went to Staples to look for a new printer. The salesman was very helpful and I was able to make a decision amongst the plethora of printer choices on the market! Maria and Millie were very nice and helped with the checkout process and set me up with the Staples rewards. The printer I purchased was on sale plus I was able to take advantage of a printer recycling program for an additional amount off. Very good deal.

The print center printed several orders for me FAST - less than the 24 hrs it says it will take online, and the products look awesome!
Kayla in the print center was efficient and kind to everyone she was helping. Definitely an asset to the company.

Anthony is always so knowledgeable amd helpful! He always goes above and beyond and I have been shopping this store for over 2 years. Austin helped me also very much today, very nice guy and helped me find a better deal on the same office chair I came in looking for. And Stephanie is also very nice and we enjoyed talking with her. Great experience! Needed some documents printed. I emailed them to the staples printer and was able to scan my phone once I got there and the machine printed all my documents! The store was very clean and well maintained. The store associates were very friendly and would have assisted me with anything I might have needed. I also ended up grabbing some other things while I was there and I was able to find everything very quickly because the store was so organized! I will definitely be back and I recommend anyone needing things for the office or need documents printed/copied go to Staples Palm Coast!

Came in today for some prints for my wedding, Kayla was extremely helpful and had a fantastic attitude! She made some suggestions I hadn’t thought of and I walked away with some gorgeous prints! In a world of so so customer service I hope management knows what an asset they have. Thanks again Kayla!

I don't care what anyone else thinks about this Staples, the people are awesome! Ruth over at the printing center went above and beyond with helping me out. It was literally right before closing and she seen me struggling with a couple of prints. That girl deserves a raise!

As you walk in at the printing service department you are greeted very politely. The young lady Ruth was more then accommodating with my needs. Very professional and courteous.

I go to Staples for several things. I use UPS Ground for shipping. The prices are reasonable. I am treated well. Steph, Mandy are wonderful. Monica is great as well as the manager. She fixed a laptop for a decent price and it was clean and shiny upon return!

Recently visited with printer issues. Stacie (?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and solved our problem.... with a smile ! Later that day, we visited for extensive copying of pics on a thumb drive, for hurricane damage / insurance purposes and Doug did an exceptional job for us. Folks, this was just after hurricane Irma had affected us all and these people truly cared. They've earned all of my business !

I have purchased several computers, printers, and other devices from this store over the past 10 years. The personnel does change ,but the friendly service and assiatance I have received stays constant. I have been very pleased with my purchases, the pricing and overall service. I do not shop for electronics any place else.
