Recommended. Ohanu Waters built pool for us in 2020 per contract and agreed upon schedule. Good design and materials. Very nice and knowledgeable people. Well above average technology and warranty. Warranty work done in a timely manner. Price is right also!

This pool company builds great pools and stands behind their work. After 6 years we had an issue with a minor leak and they came out and emptied the pool, found the problem and while the pool was empty completely cleaned the entire pool sides and bottom, repaired the minor crack, and reinforced with matching tile the area of repair. They spent over 40 hours of their time and labor to ensure the integrity of the pool. Great craftsman and knowledgeable aquatic tradesman who created a wonderfully esthetic pool and backed up their product without a note of complaint or push back. Highly recommend this company with a service born staff of Micky, Mike, and Diane. You can’t do any better and they insured that the work was done in a timely fashion. Thank you Oahauna!!! They are putting in a pool for us. I can't really rate them high enough! If there were a billion stars...thats what they'd get. Everyone here is very helpful and are the hardest workers I have ever seen.

Our neighbor recommended Ohana Waters. They were happy with their pool and had a good experience with the company. We set up an appointment for a consultation in our home. We spent an hour or so talking about what we liked and wanted for our pool. He said he’d have the design for us in a couple of weeks. It’s been 3 months and we’ve been ghosted. We reached out a couple of times hoping to get a response before we moved on to another company but no luck. We’re disappointed because we really liked the owner as a person and high hopes for his design. I wish he had just said they were too busy to take us on and saved us both wasted time.

On January 31, 2023, in our presence, you willfully signed a legally binding contract on behalf of Ohanu Waters Inc., for the completion of a swimming pool. As the President of Ohanu Waters Inc., you were legally authorized to conduct the aforementioned transaction. Please understand how imperative it is to fully comply with the contractual obligations to which you have committed your company. Failure to do so will result in both civil and criminal charges levied against yourself and all Principles listed on behalf of your company. Failure to complete the project may result in criminal charges including but not limited to fraud, theft and embezzlement as determined by the court. We will consider all legal options available to us as consumers via the Flagler County District Attorney and if necessary the State of Florida Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Affairs along with the Florida Contractor's Licensing Board.
We simply request that your company comply with the contract which you signed and complete the project in order to avoid the above mentioned actions. Ignoring this notice and other actions such as failing to answer company telephones and refusing to communicate will NOT make this matter simply go away. You are receiving this notice on this public platform because you and your staff are refusing to answer phone calls or even open your business office doors. Again, hiding will not make us or any of the other people you defrauded simply go away.

Please be aware that simply filing bankruptcy will not make tort law or criminal law issues go away. Money, goods, or services obtained by fraud and criminal convictions are not discharged by bankruptcy.

Anyone who has been defrauded by Michael Rusche, Diane Rusche and Mickey Ryan, principals for Ohanu Waters Inc., please file a complaint with the following agences: Your local Police Department, Flagler County District Attorney, Attorney General's Office and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations which governs Contractor's Licensing. Ohanu Waters Inc. contractor's license is listed under Mickey Ryan. Let's stop these people from committing these crimes against honest hard working families in our community.

Unfortunately contracting with Ohanu Waters for our pool has been the biggest mistake we have ever made... work ceased after a month, they have been paid thousands but because they haven't paid contractors our property now has an $8,000 lien on it and no work done for 101 days. We along with many others are suffering the consequences of choosing this company.

Waiting for 5 months for progress on my pool. There is always a “reason” for not doing ANYTHING. Don’t go with this company. Will be filing an official BBB complaint and contacting my legislator. The family name is Walberg- we do have a contract that they are NOT honoring.

Worst company. Almost 2 years of “working” on my pool and they never finished it before closing. Lost money, lien on my residence. Horrible people and horrible company. Police report was filed.

Stay as far away from this people as you possibly can .

Biggest Thieves STAY AWAY! They stole $60,000 from me and will not return my phone call. Diane knew how to harass me and call 20 times a day for the money but now wants to ignore and not pickup the phone. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWERS THIEF!

diane and her husband are thieves stay far away. they stole $60k form us and they are purposely ignoring m calls. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Do not use. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Very unreliable, poor communication and no accountability for their sub contractors. 11 months in, very little work done and our yard is a mess. Very quick to cash your checks though.

They came out to my house, reviewed what we would like and never provided a quote.
