VyStar Credit Union

We have been a long time, VyStar customer, enclosed our account in a few years ago, due to us living out of state.

We moved back into Palm Coast and went in to Vystar today and reopened our account.

We were greeted by a very warm and friendly Ms Kara C.

Kara was super friendly and professional and got us set up back online with VyStar!

Joel Gaffney helped me understand my problem very quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and professional. Thanks to Vaystar Bank for having such employees as Joel .

Working with Josh Dillman was so great! I know I talked his head off but he was soooo professional and friendly. Even though we talked he got everything I needed completed to open my business accounts with Vystar as I’m leaving BOA. It went so well I even added personal accounts as well. Let me start of by I was greeted by the nicest girl who pointed me in the right direction . After sitting for less then 3 minutes . I was greeted by Marilia Prestes who asked me to her work station where she evaluated my needs and directed me into the right direction . Her service were done in a fast professional matter . Vender Rolle, is a life saver. I came in to get a new card, but he told me he could fix my problem. I have always had a good experience at this VyStar. I am glad that I chose VyStart has my credit union.

Came in to VyStar, was having issues with my account, Adam got me in quick and was so helpful as well as gave me some good information and tips to better my experience with the mobile banking app and Zelle. He was great with his costumer service, so thank you Adam!

When coming to the bank I was curious on if I was going to get all my banking needs met. But when I meet with Paula, I feel comfortable and my money is secured. She explained all the offers and any Promation that are going on in Vystar. For my next visit I hope that I get her again because she really represents the company.
