Wonderful experience! We were heading to Miami for the weekend and our car broke down. It was after 5pm and we were able to rent a vehicle and continue on our trip within an hour.
Definitely recommend.
And Peter was awesome. He had such a great sense of humor. Cracked so many jokes. Such a breath of fresh air.

They were open on a Sunday when NO other car rental place was open and we needed a rental immediately. They were extremely helpful, fast and efficient and have great rates. The car we rented had ice cold air and got us comfortably where we needed to go. The staff was great and extremely easy to reach by phone or text anytime I contacted them. We definitely would recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

Place was a life saver! Group of buddies and I were out of town and suddenly our car messed up leaving us in a bind after working hours. Called 386, and within a hour they had us hooked up with a car and ready to continue our trip! Great service, and Peter was nothing less than spectacular! Definitely would recommend!!

Very easy to work with. I was stuck in an hour away unable to get a car because of time. Not only is this company open late, but they didn’t drag me through the 45 minute process of giving all my info. All they wanted was a credit card number and license number. They are very nice also. No second thought about getting another rental from them.

The best experience with a rental company hands down. Car was clean inside and out. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I really can't say enough! Thank you again you guys are life savers!

Absolutely terrible service! While traveling our car broke down and we desperately needed a car. We called 15 minutes before closing and was told that the office was already closed. I explained our situation and the owner would not be reopening their system even though she closed it earlier than their established hours. Heartless and terrible service. Try some empathy and sticking to your hours!

Terrible service and they look for anyway to penalize you so they can take your deposit.
