This is a great dealership with an awesome service department and friendly knowledgeable sales people! Specifically, Melissa in the service department and Jim in sales. Purchasing my new vehicle from Palm Coast Ford was the best experience I have had. After researching, I came across the Expedition that had all the amenities that I was looking for online. The vehicle was in transit and not even in stock at the time. I notified the dealership that I was interested and wanted to purchase that model. They notified as soon as it arrived on the truck. I bought my explorer back in july and have had a great experience with Palm coast ford so far. I have used their pick up service to have service done on my vehicle and it was a huge help to my busy schedule. They followed up with me and even send me reminders about upcoming service/maintenance due as well as oil changes. This is my third explorer and was by far the easiest dealership I have done business with. Def recommend 10/10. :)

I can not recommend Palm Coast Ford enough!

Our family needed to upgrade our car and I had an idea of what I was looking for in mind but not set on any specific car. I came to Palm Coast Ford after a nightmare experience at Gary Yeomans and it was a breeze. Josh was a FANTASTIC salesman, was great at showing me vehicles that fit what I was looking for in a car. Josh and the whole finance team were great at getting us an amazing deal and making sure that they did everything they could for us.
I am beyond happy with my experience with them and will be recommending them to everyone I know searching for a car.

I’m extremely happy with Palm Coast Ford. The sales reps treated me very well and never played any car salesmen games. My new truck came from the factory with an intermittent electrical problem. The service department was spectacular. They found the problem, kept me informed along the way.

I really couldn’t think of anything that the dealership could do to improve.
