What a phenomenal staff. I walked in and Brandon helped with info. Then we left and came back. Holly was incredible. Instead of 1 phone for the grandkids, we purchased 2. The knowledge she has, and what she taught us, was incredible. It was beyond what you could teach. Customer service was flawless and As Traveler, I hope you appreciate what you have. I came into Metro PCS to find some internet for my Uncle and HOLLY was AWESOME!!! She had me and 3 other customers and she took care of ALL of us in such a timely manner I couldn't believe it!! She was very knowledgeable and solved my problem quick! I hope she's on her way to being a MANAGER if she isn't already!!! Amanda helped me and my mom get a new service with Metro and brand new phones at a great price! She was extremely knowledgeable and competent, and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

I went in a couple weeks ago
I had searched several different providers. All had really expensive plans and they all tried to upsell me etc. I had just recovered from a horrible week and desperately needed to switch on to my own plan from a shared plan. Amanda was the one who helped me. She informed me that all I had to do was to call the customer service in order to do this. I was instantly disappointed and frustrated because I had tried that with other providers. Instead of leaving me to do it she took over and called them herself and walked through the entire process for me. I was so relieved and thankful. It has been a long time since anyone has helped me with anything. Best customer service experience in ages! Thank you Amanda!

We went in to this store after dealing with a messy situation in another store in a different town. We explained to Holly and the other associate (I'm so sorry-I didn't get her name) exactly what happened, what we were told and what we wanted to do. Basically the other store caused our $110/month phone bill to go to $170/month, plus we ended up with an additional line that we didn't need. Holly LEAPED into action, attempting to find out what she had to do to remedy the situation. She talked with us for several minutes, gave us advice and offered her number for any time we just "had questions" or needed anything. After her instruction, our phones are back to the normal rate, and Holly even said we qualified for a credit and took a little off of our next bill. Thank you Holly & Mystery Employee!!! You guys are the real MVPs!!!!

Jeremiah was EXTREMELY helpful. Brought my iPhone 13 max pro in after buying it at the Daytona store (at nova and International) the day before, where they didn’t even put a new SIM card in my phone, or even the old one (thanks a lot GUYS) so it was completely unusable, but he fixed the problem quickly and I was on my way enjoying my beautiful new phone (upgraded from 7plus) I will definitely bring my business to this store from now on.
