El Pollo Colorao Puerto Rican Eatery

I got the pleasure of visiting El pollo Colorado with my wife after their new renovation and for the first time. I have been living in palm coast for 3 years now and let me tell you that this place is great, the atmosphere if super and the food is excellent like my home land Puerto Rico, I finally got to enjoy a great Puerto Rican Tripleta and it was excellent. My wife tried the arroz con gandules, pernil and Guineos en escabeche, and it was excellent, I testified to it cause i had to try it for myself. The customer service was A+, let me tell you, starting with the gentleman in the front counter to the kitchen staff there where all friendly, knowledgeable about their food and nice. I will personally recommend this Puerto Rican Eatery Restaurant to everyone visiting the Palm Coast area. Feel check out the pictures i took. Great job guys see you soon

I am from Miami, Florida. Been living in Palm Coast for almost 20 yrs and this place is amazing. I had a #2 Tripileta Sandwich. It did not disappoint!!! The meats were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the potato sticks were fresh and crispy, and the bread was beyond spectacular. The service was fast and friendly despite being steadily busy. The place is clean and the atmosphere is extremely friendly and welcoming. I will be back and will be telling my friends!!!!

Food is great, chicken and pork, yellow rice & beans, lots of other goodies. Try their pastries. Sooooo good. Nice folks.

Really taste good. I was heading to Atlanta from Daytona and decided to stop and get some Puerto Rican food. I got the 1/2 chicken and the pastel guava cheese. Everything was really good and hot.

First time visiting, staff, friendly. I enjoyed the quarter chicken lunch with yellow rice and sweet plantains. The chicken was tasty, the garlic sauce was a nice ad. Quick and easy.

I normally don’t write reviews but this place was absolutely worth one, a GREAT one at that! I’ve only had two other tripletas in the central FL that compared to these. Only wish is that they were open a touch later! Tres Leche was 👌🏽 as well!

Fresh, cooked to order food. Sizable menu to choose from. Plantains and "potato balls" are excellent as side dishes/appetizers. Friendly staff. Decent number of tables to sit and dine with a fun decorated dining area.

Every dish I’ve ordered was delicious. The portions are big, the staff are all so nice. Can’t wait to bring my family there. Taste like my moms cooking!

My husband, son and I went for dinner and everything was delicious, the service was great everyone was kind and helpful. The tripleta was one of the best I’ve ever had, they even put the sauce on the side in cute little cups. Everything was fresh and tasted great.

Thes best puerto rican food in palm coast, food is made fresh everyday pasteries bread also, staff super friendly make yoy feel at home owner as well my to go place 6 days a week 😊

next time you’re going to pick up a Pizza next door, cancel your order and walk a few doors down to this place instead. The food is better, the prices are relatively the same if not cheaper and your food will probably be done quicker. Always a delicious experience with plenty of options. Even if you’re not sure what to get or you’re scared of authentic cuisine you will not be disappointed

My husband Mikey picks us up food all the time we always enjoy everything! We are newer to palm coast and so glad we found this restaurant 10/10 always recommend! Today he brought me Flan De Coco it was absolutely delicious I love coconut and I told him I definitely wanted a personal one for my birthday next month! We love this restaurant.

Been wanting to try mofongo and found out it was served here. Now, I can't say it was the best ever or say how authentic it is, as I'm just a Florida redneck, but it was damn good! I had it with the pulled pork and an epanada. All of it was delicious and almost more than I could eat. The staff were very friendly and even though the mofongo is made to order the wait was nominal. Great little place! Will be back.

The Best Puerto Rican food I had in Florida!hands down better then Kissimmee!!
The staff was amazing the 2 gentleman at the register mad us feel like we were with family.
Even gave us Dominos to play while we waited for our food.
I lost to my mother in law and husband but what ever lol.

Very good food. Just need to make sure that you get early if you want any dessert. But excellent food

Always friendly, always good food. I love that we have a Puerto Rican restaurant nearby, takes me back to my roots.

Their roast pork, green banana salad, and everything else is good! I can't pick a favorite!

I was visiting the area from Clearwater and we wanted to eat Puerto Rican food. Man O’ Man!!!! What can I NOT say about El Pollo Colorao! We’re Puerto Rican and love the cuisine of our island and although there are many options at the places I’ve been in Florida it’s been somewhat a hit or definitely a miss. La Pollera Colora is a HOME RUN, From their customer service and funny banter, (amazing) to the Savory AMAZING and tastefully delicious food to the decors in the place, it’s like being at home. My sister eats vegan and plant based and SHE LOVED THE FOOD HERE! Mmm. Don’t miss out on this gem, you won’t regret it! ❤

We are in town due to work. We were enamored by this place . The food was so good No wait time and very friendly staff. This place is has a chief from heaven. God blessed him to bless us . Desserts are so good as well.
