Matt did an Excellent job on my high maintenance latte!! Quick service. Very happy

I stopped in for a quick coffee & witnessed an employee named Diane going above and beyond. She came out from behind the counter to comfort a customer who was having a bad day. After giving the woman a hug, Diane paid for her drink. It was a genuine moment of people caring for one another and it really moved me - especially when I saw the sign below. It is their Store Purpose, and Diane embodied it today.

Best Starbucks in Flagler County.
Staff are exceptional with service, friendly and professional. Whether we dine in or drive through the service is always the same.

Will deserves a raise. He gave me the best experience I’ve had with just him being himself and kind. We need more people like Will in the world.

While I do not love Starbucks coffee, found ourselves with 30 minutes to kill, so we decided to grab a coffee and sit in the AC while we waited. One thing I've always appreciated at this location is the superb customer service and friendliness of all the employees. I haven't been here in maybe a year, and this still hasn't changed. Well done.

Aspen and Willl✌🏽 seem to be my regular baristas. I absolutely enjoy their presents and customer service applauding them for being smiling bright souls every single time I come. Thank you.

Staff make even giving your name for the order fun. Clean location with ample seating and community-style tables for home and office work as well as couches for catching up with friends.

Nice and clean but also had good service and friendly staff.

This is the best Starbucks that I have ever been to. The service is always fast, and my drinks are always perfect. Frank is my favorite barista. He is always so kind to the customers. I love when I hear his voice say, "Welcome to Starbucks, may I take your order".

On the morning of Feb 21st, 2023, there were issues with the order and the coffee lids. The lid came off, and I spilled hot coffee on myself. The lid was awful. And our order was wrong. However, the staff were amazing in handling it and so nice, especially a tall guy with a big beard. They alone are what got the 5 stars - it was heading for 2 before they were so nice and fixed things for us.

Never have issues with my chai drinks. I am a frequent visitor to Starbuck's.....

Prompt, friendly service. I brought a reusable cup to use. The drink I ordered was accidentally prepared in a normal, clear plastic cup. When I pointed out that I had my reusable cup there, the barista filled it too, with a second drink - free of charge. The wifi was good and the high table had power outlets, which allowed me to spend a few hours working in the café.

So... who's reviewing a coffee shop for their bathrooms... Maybe it was because they had 50 billion customers...that would be a better complaint. That Starbucks is too good at being successful to keep up with it's messy customers decimating their bathrooms all day long...or that hiring and staffing just about everywhere is a nightmare for almost all companies, so focusing on what they do that makes them successful is the right thing to do...or maybe I'm wrong and everyone's been going there for their bathrooms this whole time and I'm the only one that's been going for the coffee....which is really good by the way.

Nice, but SUPER busy Starbucks. All the employees are very friendly though.

Staff was very attentive and quick with my order. Just as perky as I was at 530 in the morning(even without the coffee). Will visit again while in town

They know my coffee order better than I know myself. Seriously everyone is such a joy and I really appreciate all the hard work everyone does.

They pop off with their drinks; sad that the chicken bacon panini is gone, it was amazing 😔👎 But the drinks in general are amazing and the workers vibe with the customers; we stan 😌
