Matthew the owner was very professional. Within 24 hours of calling I had an estimate and within 48 hours the dying tree was removed. Great work and I would hire again.

Matthew and his team provided excellent service to us. I highly recommend them for their fair prices, personable business approach, professionalism and promptness. They exceeded all of our expectations and we could not be more grateful for their work. We are highly impressed and appreciate all they did for us! All of our neighbors have used them and we were very well taken care of!

These guys were amazing! They did a ton of tree work, including taking down a Hackberry that was leaning over my pergola. They were fast, professional, very pleasant, and even blew off my porch and parts off my yard that weren't even affected by their work. I'm just so pleased! Here comes the sun!

What an amazing tree company. I had tree work done and the company I used left the trunck and branches cut up in my yard. I seen Matthew at the store to inquire if he could help me clean up the mess and so kindly he said yes. He followed me to my house to see what he could do to help me. I could see he felt bad for what they did. He said don't worry we can take care of this and within 45 mins they came back and made my yard look great again! Thanks again Matthew and team. When a person needs tree work to be done it can be an agonizing decision on just who to pick to do the job. Stress no more, because once you have talked to Matthew from Tree Care America you will know.
He is very personable and professional and explanatory on exactly what he and his crew would be doing.
We had lots of work needed done on our property and what a knockout job these men did! They all worked so hard and each and everyone of them were very pleasant.
I could go on and on because these people were exceptional, they really seemed to all work so well together.
I would recommend Tree Care America to anyone that wants the job done right.
They cleaned up and wanted to make sure we were truly satisfied with everything before leaving.
And last but not least, very important we had lots of tree stumps that needed grinding. The following work day, Nick came back and did all of that and he did an exceptional job.

Absolutely the best!!! They came out within an hour of my initial phone call, gave me a price, and left with no pressure. My wife and I had multiple quotes and decided to go with Tree Care America. We’re glad we did because they completed all the work that was agreed upon. They were quick, careful and professional. They promised to come back to stump grind later due to rain and my yard being super wet and didn’t want to tear it up. They came back and completed what was promised. Great service and experience! I had two giant pines taken down by Tree Care America and the whole crew was professional, fast, and accommodating. At first, due to some misunderstandings and dishonesty from the other party, I was hesitant to use the tree cutting service. However, the owner, Matthew, personally came to my house to apologize for any confusion and made things right. His professionalism and excellent customer service impressed me, so I decided to give his company a chance to cut my tree. Despite the tree leaning towards my house, they were able to remove it without any issues. The service was excellent, and they delivered on their promises. I have to apologize about not posting this review sooner, for a job Tree Care America completed for us on June 7th. They arrived with all the different trucks and organized equipment ready to work. The supervisors were able to answer any questions or concerns we had. The crew was energetic, up-beat & worked together incredibly well. I have included pictures from the job. As a realtor I highly recommend !! Had some miscommunication with my first contact and the owner, Matthew, immediately stepped in to make everything right. He went above and beyond to make my customers happy and more than exceeded our expectations!! Thank you Matthew and Tree Care America for your great work and exceptional customer service!! It’s refreshing to see a company that is willing to do what it takes to please their customers!!

First off, my trees needed attention so bad that people who even knew someone that cut trees were stopping and dropping off business cards. I had already gotten four quotes for what I needed done but the cost was too prohibitive and most didn't include all the services I wanted done. So, I wasn't expecting much when the estimator showed up to look at what I wanted done. I was in for a big surprise! After looking at everything and hearing me out he came back with a quote that was nearly $3,000 below the previous quotes and included everything I wanted done. I suspected they were perhaps a fly by night outfit at that price but after checking their references I was sold. The next day I called them back and it was game on.

Two days later at 7:45 am, they arrived in force and immediately went to work. They took down 6 trees and trimmed 2 more. There were 3 trees that were a genuine challenge, the first being a live oak about 4' in diameter at the base. This tree was on the very edge of my driveway, leaned in on my house and was positioned between the power lines to my house and my neighbor's house. The second challenge was another oak within 3' of my house that reached over our roof. Then there was the tree that we had trimmed in the back yard. This tree had three large branches that reached across the roof of our garage and patio. Each branch was easily the size of a small tree in itself. The guys from Tree Care took it down with precision, threading the needle with each piece they cut, never disrupting our power or endangering our property.

I knew I had the right crew when they huddled up before beginning their work to say a prayer. You couldn't have asked for a more polite, professional, pleasant group of people. They worked well together as if they were best of friends. There was no cursing, no smoking, they cleaned up everything and weren't prepared to stop until they were sure that I was satisfied with the job they had done. They put in an 11-hour day and I never heard anyone complain. In a word, they were simply AMAZING.

I can't say enough good things about this company. If you need tree work and don't hire them to do it, you are making a grave mistake. It will be several years before I will need these trees trimmed again but when I do, I know who I'm calling!

A representative happened to notice one of my trees needed work, was starting to die. I mentioned that I would be interested in speaking to someone about arranging some work. Within 10 minutes had the rep at my door. After speaking to Forrest and discussing clean up of this tree and removal of 3 more, I was quoted a fair price and had a team of individuals at my place within 2 hours. It only took them 2 to 2.5 hours to not only take the trees down, but also were very thorough in their clean up on my yard. Would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

Anyone who hires Matthew and his crew at Tree Care America will receive the best-- the best service and the best people through and through. My neighbor was having tree work done and knew I had two rotting trees in my front yard that needed to come down.

She asked Matthew to look at them, and an hour later when I arrived home, both trees had been removed and there was literally no debris left. The professionalism, kindness and care with which this was done was unprecedented. I will be calling Tree Care America for any and all tree work, and can't recommend this company enough.
