Aspen Dental

My daughter visited them and told me about her experience. She liked them very much. So I made my first appointment and the result, I was quite pleased with everything. Friendly and professional. I have read some negative reviews where it was stated Aspen only wants to make money. Well when I first read the website intentions it outlines clearly what they do on the initial visit. They mapped out for me what I needed, what was crucial and what was minor. They do show you the insurance versus out of pocket costs in advance. That did not mean I was obligated. You have the choice to have your issues resolved based on your needs. So looking beyond that I am very pleased with Aspen, it's staff at the Palm Coast location the experience and professionalism. It's called patient care and healthcare. What more can you ask for.

So far, so good. Had my extended first visit. Very pleasant staff Jeanie, Melissa, Kaycie and the Dr. Very friendly but also professional. Seems like a tightly run clinic. The doctor was very explicit in showing my condition and explaining options. I'm glad I choose to go there. They had mostly positive reviews. This is one more. - Mark

The staff is extremely courteous and concerned about each person’s experience. After several visits and interactions with the staff they almost feel like they are family.
Through each phase of treatment the staff insures that the patient is satisfied with their performance.
The management staff will take the time to listen each individual patient concerns to insure that happy with our experience.

Place was nice. Service was definitely beyond impressive for the service I received. Seemed fair except for the sticker shock for the services to be performed. Plus why can't a dentist just do as you ask. Don't liked being upselled for services

Absolutely love Aspen Dental! The entire staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. They literally walk you through your entire appointment and let you know what to expect as well as what to expect at your next appointment. Highly recommend!

When I arrived. the staff was very cordial and smiley. The young lady that took my X-rays and then escorted me to the examination room was very gentle and very nice' she made sure I was totally comfortable, always had a smile and was there for me. everyone I encountered there were very nice I can't complain about that. My complaint that I do have is the cost that they charge to do things and there were few things they suggested I think were over the top. there Pricing is above my paygrade. But the good at the end was no charge! Next Dentest.

Wonderful caring, efficient, knowledgeable employees. I felt cared for and was helped with my tooth problem. I will use them for my primary dentist for future visits. Thank you all.

From the time I entered the building to the time I left what a pleasant and welcoming experience. I can't say enough about the Medical Associate Savanah she made me feel like I was the only person there, I couldn't ask more what an excellent and service. They were able to schedule me as a new patient in 2 days, were very thorough and explained in detail my condition and the best course of action. They are full service with general dentistry, partials and implants… exactly what I was looking for!

I had a great experience with billing, she not only explained the process, the assistant
also fixed my broken tooth within less than 2hrs .

From the moment I talked to the customer service associate, I was impress how easy it was to let her know what I wanted. Appointment made. I arrived to Location and OMG, These people appreciate their business, through the x-rays, consultation, dentist and most of all personal, the got professionalism as well as friendly. Surprisingly excellent, they listened to what I said, I'm covered under insurance, I have alot of work to do with my teeth so I could only do 1/2, at first, the next phase is next year, when I have full coverage again. I love the Dr's, and everyone else!! Thank you 😊

The ladies here were so amazing! My first visit was just an X-ray to see what all I need done.. turns out I needed a root canal! Went in for my root canal and the Dr’s tech explained the whole procedure In detail and then the Dr. came in to introduce herself.. along with the student she was training. They were all so kind and everything went smoothly!

I was on vacation from NC, visiting family here in Palm Coast, FL when my upper flipper was broken into pieces. I always take it out to eat and tucked it under my pant leg but forgot it was there when I got up to get more pizza. Bad move! I stepped on my flipper or the chair leg crushed it! I've had the original for almost 7 years and I'm freaking out thinking how I cannot continue my vacation with my front upper tooth missing. I searched Google and found Aspen Dental, made an online appt for the following morning. The entire process was smooth and easy. The staff was excellent and they took such good care of me. The best part is they were able to make a new flipper for me and had it ready the same day. I was thrilled! I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone I know! Thanks Aspen Dental for saving my smile.

I've been going to Aspen Dental for years. During that time I've had an occasional issue but my most recent three visits(me and my two sons) have been great. David at the front desk is awesome. He is always in a great mood and treats people with respect and professionalism. The staff is friendly too. It's a great dentist office.

UPDATE May 2023: My most recent visit was a 6 star review. The lady Birdina Phillips was flat out AWESOME. She couldn't be more professional. She did an amazing job with my 6 year old son. I couldn't ask for a better experience. We had to come in for our appointment early and she was okay with that. Pretty sure she was working during lunch!

The Staff from Front Desk, Dental Technicians, the Dentist and Office Manager were all very pleasant and absolutely lovely.
