James Bros. Flooring was the best source for our new carpet. They have an array of choices. They allowed us ample time with samples. They were ready to install when our project was completed AND their installers were extremely proficient and professional. They not only did a great job installing, but were very careful with furniture replacement. We rate this company 10+!

We planned to initially have our master bath renovated … we were so impressed w everyone at James Flooring - we hired them to do our entire house . New cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms , new tile , new flooring , new counter tops , removal of high low counters , new baseboard throughout , - they did it all !!
This included contracting electricians and plumbers - one stop shop - and completed the work one week early !!

Steve, the project manager and estimator came to my home, reviewed my flooring and set up an installer Marco to come out to install the flooring. Both of those men did a wonderful and responsible job. Very satisfied and highly recommend. This is a company that stands behind their work. I have already recommended James Bros. flooring to my neighbors and friends.

We recently had new floors installed by James flooring. Everything was amazing! Great service and our floors were installed quickly and efficiently! Gina and Lee Ann were so helpful! The installers did a fabulous job! I cannot wait for our new counter tops and backsplash to be installed soon!

The flooring project of the kitchen and breakfast eating area turned out beautiful. The James LVP installation crew and sales representative Gina worked diligently and professionally in order to complete the project under budget. Hudson did a great job installing and making minor repairs as needed.

It is rare when you can find a retailer like James Flooring that has retained long time employees that have pride in their work and strive to exceed customer expectations in the completion of their work. The patio flooring job that they did for us was PERFECT! This same excitement started when my wife and I first stepped in the showroom to review tile selection and agree upon terms of sale which were exceptionally reasonable. Couldn't be happier with my experience with all the folks at James Flooring. Gina is a great sales and customer rep and was always there to answer any inquiries. The installer, Douglas, did a superb job and was as quiet as a mouse! The results were fabulous and the price was very competitive. From our first contact with Morgan, my wife and I have been very satisfied with our treatment as valued customers. We were pleased with the wide selection and quality of flooring products. Everything was done on time, and our floors are beautiful. James Brothers Flooring came highly recommended to us, and they certainly lived up to our expectations.

We just had tile flooring installed from James Flooring in Palm Coast, FL. Had a good experience when we entered the store. Mark was knowledgeable and personable. We brought home some samples as Mark was coming the next day to measure and provide a proposal (which we received the same day). The samples didn’t look right, so I phoned that morning to ask Mark to bring additional samples. Found the perfect tile in the new samples.

Proposal accepted and timeline discussed. Let them know we needed to remove cabinets, etc before they removed and installed the tile. Mark let me know they would work with our cabinet maker’s schedule who needed 2 days for demolition. All went as planned!

After removal, Xavier, the installer, and his guys appeared early the next day to remove the tiles and install new. All that was accomplished in one day! Next day they came early again to grout and finished the job. They also moved the appliances and then hooked them back up. Their was minimal mess. Xavier does an excellent job, is professional and personable. It was a pleasure having him in our home doing the work for us. I love my new floor. It is gorgeous and I couldn’t be more pleased!

I highly recommend James Flooring. The are very accommodating and great to work with!

What a great experience! I was dreading the new floor process for years-kept putting it off. In fact, my husband had stopped by a few other Palm Coast places prior and was not impressed so we just kept putting it off. Then I had met Daniel, Gina and the team at James Flooring. When it was finally time—that’s who we called!! Everyone made it easy and as smooth as possible. No pressure to get one type of flooring over another—or even the most expensive—it was about what worked best for our home and the install was quick and very well managed. I’d give them 10 stars if it were possible! Thanks everyone! Absolutely LOVE the floors!!!

Great job! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have used them several times for both carpeting and master bath shower demo and installation. I highly recommend them!

From the start meeting Daniel & John the owner, they were great in helping me pick a selection, very knowledgable about what flooring works well in my situation. I installed the first floor myself & they helped me with how to do it. I used their installers for the second floor. Marco & his guys were great, they moved the furniture & put the floor down in a day & half. They even fixed some areas that I did because Marco didn't like it. The nicest people I ever work with, I was in the window treatment business, so I meet alot of contractors, as I now flip houses.

Lots of product to choose from representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful and prices were very competitive with most other facilities I am definitely using them for my home renovations
