Your go to destination if you need an eBike! Frank/owner was honestly the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are great. We bought two Mokwheel Ebikes and he even delivered them two counties up from their store. I have road 80 miles the last week and couldn’t be happier!

After having a problem with our Mokwheel, we called and then stopped by National EBike in Palm Coast. Frank came out and fixed the bike in just a few minutes! He is amazing!

Awesome experience! I have not had this friendly of customer service since I moved to Florida seven months ago. Thank you frank! Words can’t describe the family fun we had and what a blessing this day had been. This business is run with well rounded office staff who get you out on the trails quickly, give you maps, directions, and training on full operations of the bike. Frank even went out of his way to pick me up at the resort so I could get my car. We loved the trails which start right by the shop and travel through the best Florida offers. First time on electric bikes and loved it.

We recently bought an electric e-trike from Frank in Palm Coast. After riding it a few times, it began having a knocking sound. We took it into the shop, and it continued to have the same noise after having been fixed. The 2nd time we took it back, Frank called the company, explaining what he thought was wrong, and Steve from E-Bike said they would send a new trike. It came to Frank’s store in a very timely manner, and Frank put it together for us, including all the accessories we had purchased. We are very pleased with the customer service we have received! Frank has been so helpful, patient, and kind throughout this entire process. And the company’s customer service skills are second to none. Thank you Frank, Steve, and E-Bike!

We have had a wonderful experience learning from Frank's extensive knowledge of e-bikes. We spent quite a bit of time (years) researching and stopping in to talk to him and soak up his knowledge. We finally pulled the trigger and purchased a Mokwheel Skoria ST for me and a Mokwheel Basalt ST for my husband. Frank went above and beyond to find the tires for my Basalt and deliver the bikes to our home. There were some small adjustments needed and he took care of those quickly. I would highly recommend National E-Bike for all your e-bike needs. You learn something new every time you step through his door. Thank you Frank for your patience and knowledge! Go Gators!

If we could give National eBike more than 5 stars....we certainly would! After much research and visiting other shops, this one proved to be above all the others. The quality of the bikes, especially for use in Florida's climate and beach riding, was superior to all of the others we priced. We visited the shop and Frank sat us down and proceeded to practically teach a course on Ebikes and the many things to consider before deciding which to buy. Finally, he personally delivered our bikes and showed us how to use a car rack, alarm, etc...
Saved us money too! Most Excellent in every way.

I didn’t buy my E-bike’s from national E-bike, they did warranty work and a few adjustments on my on line bikes.Frank the owner is excellent in every aspect of e-bikes. I’m a retired Airline Pilot, I give Frank the owner the Top Gun award .👍🛫💫

If you've read the other reviews, you know Frank is the real deal. As with others he has been absolutely great to us in all aspects. There really aren't a lot of superlatives that haven't been used already. .............Now, on to the Mokwheel Asphalt bikes my wife & I purchased. We've had them for a month now, and are VERY happy with them after 190 miles (so far). We bought the step-through frames, mine standard and hers the shorter frame ( for reference, I'm 5'9'', she's 5'2"). We've made a couple of "tweaks" to accomodate our age (75) and my cranky lower back, but we've done that on every bike we've ever owned. I can say that the that the battery charge estimate of 50 - 60 mi. + or - is accurate for us here in Palm Coast. Mostly ridden on PAS 1 with a little PAS 2 thrown in against headwinds, and a little throttle help on the Hammock and Flagler bridges. So that's our experience so far. For Frank and Mokwheel 2 Thumbs up!

Frank, in the Palm Coast store, gave me excellent prices and service for the repair work done on my e-bike. He also had the work done and ready for pickup on the same day that I brought the bike to him.

What a great experience we had renting ebikes from this business! Frank provided us with amazing customer service! We had never rented ebikes before this and two in our party, myself being one, had no idea how to operate the bikes. I was a bit nervous at first but Frank was able to quickly end that nervousness. Frank took us outside of the store into the parking lot and gave us a lesson on how the bikes operate. He made sure each of us were entirely comfortable operating the bikes before he sent us on our way. He gave us a quick rundown of the trail system through the Palm Coast area. He let us know if we would have any issues while we're out on the bike trail he was just a phone call away and would come help us if we needed it. And we knew he meant that. The bike rental was incredibly reasonably priced and we ended up renting for 24 hours. After we were done for the day, our 24 hours extended into the next business day. Frank helped us get the bikes and our vehicle back to our hotel. Then the next day after we were done with our bikes, he drove us back to our hotel and dropped us off. This was a nice touch that was unexpected and greatly appreciated. After this experience we have decided we are definitely coming back to the Palm Coast area to rent e-bikes again and we will definitely be renting from National eBike!

We took the short ride from Saint Augustine and so glad we did. The owner Frank was great to work with and provides great customer service. Frank also delivered the bikes to our front door. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and was patient with us. The quality of the E-Bikes are top notch and he has a great variety to choose from. We are so happy with our E-Bikes and would highly recommend National eBike to anyone thinking of purchasing an E-Bike.

My friend bought a Mokwheel bike here. I paid attention to the way his purchase was handled. Quality product and excellent customer support as well as fair price. It was at that point I decided if I was going to purchase an ebike it would be here and it would be a Mokwheel.

We had a great time we road from the bike shop to Flagler beach stop at Iron boot pub and to the pier. People around there where really nice .Then we loaded up and went down to Port Orange to ride the bikes down to the light house and stop at a few bar and grills on the water it was amazing. We did over 50 miles in 24 hours and seen a lot of cool things along the way. Back to the bike shop Frank is very knowledgeable on the bikes and places to go ride he made it a great experience cant wait to do it again.

We rented 4 Ebikes and went out for a great adventure. They were great and we will be buying at least 1 soon. The pedal assist and features of these SONDORS Ebikes were great. Frank is great to have here and I can’t wait to go again.

So much fun we had to add another day. The owner was super helpful and made sure we were comfortable before setting us loose with a trail map. The bikes took us as far as we wanted to go and charged quickly for our next adventure. I thought 90 degree temps would be a deal killer but it was very comfortable moving at 15mph (could go faster but that was what felt right).

Just a note to thank you for all your help with my sons e bike this past Tuesday. We have been looking for a repair shop for a while now. The last one we went to didn't know anything about e bikes charged me $250.00 and didn't get the bike repaired in fact he just caused us more problems. After looking around for months we found your place called and you were very accommodating. We brought the bike in - you told us what was wrong with it - kept the bike overnight and it was ready the next day. The bike runs better than ever. Truly a five-star operation. Only a 20-minute drive from Daytona Beach, well worth the ride.

Frank is awesome. He was so patient with all of our questions and trying different bikes. He encouraged us to try several until we found the bikes we were most comfortable with, he stayed after hours two nights in a row to accommodate our schedules. They have the best prices and package plans and really work to earn your business. You cannot go wrong buying from Frank.

Getting the Mokwheel E-bike was definitely one of the best purchases I've made in years. The bike is nice as sturdy and the mileage you get out of it is excellent. The owner, Frank, was very friendly and helped me make the purchase as well as giving me a sppedy tuneupwhen I needed it.
