Rider Performance Electric Bikes

We had a wonderful experience buying bikes at Rider Performance. We were able to test ride bikes & get educated on E-bikes. We ended up getting a pair of Aventon Pace 500's and they are really great bikes. They ride nice as a regular bike but they really get up and go if you want them to. I just hit 300 miles on mine and if anything ever happened to it, I would go right back to Mark and buy another one. Highly recommend Rider Performance, great business and great people.

A few months ago my wife and I researched e-bikes since we are retired and traveling in our RV. We wanted bikes we could exercise with yet ride further distances than we normally would on a regular bike. We visited Mark at Rider Performance and what a great fortune it was. Mark answered all our questions and set us up on Aventon Pace 500 bikes for both of us. They perform flawlessly and are built tough. We've logged quite a few miles on them so far. We ride them to the market and around town also. Mark runs a great bike shop, go visit him and he will treat you right. Highly recommend Mark and Aventon!

My wife and I just purchased 2 Aventon Pace 500's from Mark and TJ and the entire process was great. They were very patient and extremely helpful and I have no doubt that Mark can fix any problem that we might have down the road. The bikes ride great and are faster than we probably need but they are fun! We live in St Aug beach and can't wait to ride to Flagler Beach for lunch, ride the greenway, run up to Publix and just cruise on the beach at low tide on our new bikes. We highly recommend Rider Performance for any E bike needs... plus they gave us a great price and put the bikes together for free!... and Mark helped me setup my new bike rack!

Mark and TJ were great from start to finish! I made an appt not knowing much about electric bikes and left enlightened on the niche as it pertains to lifestyle and business. I had a lot of questions and they caught me up to speed relatively quickly. They gave me a tour of all the bikes in stock and I signed a waiver before taking each one for a spin. They have a nice sized parking lot where you can ride around with little to no traffic. Mark is very informative and TJ super pleasant and personable. They work well together as a team and are quite simply the best around. It was a great all around experience and pleasure doing business

My husband and I both purchased Aventon e-bikes from Rider Performance. I can't say enough about how customer-friendly this small business is. We had to wait to receive our bikes from the Aventon factory and Mark and TJ kept us informed the whole way on when they expected the bikes to arrive. Once they did come it, they very quickly assembled and tested them. I would highly recommend purchasing from these folks, it was a fantastic experience for us!!

We could not have been more pleased with our experience at Rider Performance Bikes. We were interested in an Aventon electric bike in a size small for my wife who is short. Not only were we able to confirm that they had the correct size in stock before making the trip, but Mark was incredibly helpful in helping her decide about all the correct positioning for her riding comfort, including installing an additional level of handlebar adjustability. Beyond that, he showed us that if desirable, one can reduce the start pedal assist speed, using the speed governor in the control module very helpful for transition to the bike and in more crowded areas. I had already bought my Aventon at another dealer in another geographic location, and there was no comparison between the 2 experiences. I learned so much more from Mark. Thanks again

I was interested to look at E-bikes so I made a call and Mark made time to meet me at the store by appointment due to the pandemic. He was very kind and thorough in explaining everything I asked. I also took a test drive. The next day I called again and took my wife with me and we met with Mark and TJ. We purchased two bikes and could not be happier! Besides Mark and TJ being Pleasant people and easy to work with they also service what they sell. This is very important in the world of e bikes to have a local factory repair service available because most bicycle shops can't get parts nor will they work on them. I highly recommend Rider performance electric bikes!

Mark and TJ are the best. Customer Service is top notch. We had to wait weeks for our Aventon Pace 350 because of COVID shipping complications but they stayed in touch with us and updated us regularly with details on the status of our order. Once they had the bike, Mark had it built and ready for us pronto and took the time to go over everything with us when we picked it up. They care about their customers and it shows.

Fantastic experience with Rider Performance! I was in the market for an E-Bike and did some research on the Aventon brand. Rider Performance is and elite dealer for the brand. I was able to test ride two different models before making my decision and purchasing a Pace 500. They updated me from the moment they ordered the bike in the color I wanted to the day it was assembled and ready for me to pick up.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and cares about the customer and their needs. I was so glad I was able to test ride an ebike before blindly buying one online.

I would have purchased the bike from this shop even if I could have gotten the same bike cheaper elsewhere, which it was not. The bike was the same price as the manufacturer sells it for. Plus you get a knowledgeable staff. I was able to support a local business even though I live in Jacksonville. Worth the drive to Palm Coast.

Do yourself a favor if you are in the market for an ebike, go see Mark at Rider Performance before you buy online and end up regretting that decision. For that matter, even if you are in the market for an bike, give an ebike a chance! They have a great selection of quality bikes and service so check them out. Thanks Mark!

I recently purchased an Aventon 500 Pace eBike from Mark and TJ at Rider Performance Electric Bikes in Palm Coast. As a couple, they are a team that deserve a 5-star review. From the time I spoke with them about my order to the time it was picked-up, they treated me with the utmost professionalism. Mark assembled my bike and installed my add-on options at no additional charge. I have no prior experience with an eBike and on the day of delivery, Mark spent an hour with me going through the operation and mechanics of the bike, and letting me do a thorough test ride to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I have taken the bike on several long rides and can't be more happier with the purchase. An eBike is just like a regular bike, but, when you need the peddle assist or throttle to kick-in, it is there and ready for you to get you up that steep hill or make a long ride on a hot day more enjoyable. You can't go wrong with an eBike purchase from Mark and TJ at Rider Performance.

Bought my ebike from Rider Performance and they really know there business. Before this , went to different stores all over looking and asking questions and they really did not have much knowledge. Rider Performance explained all about the bike and how things work and how to maintain it. The Aventon bike they sell are the best for the money and sometimes better for what you get than the expensive ones. Compared to bikes that sell for 2 to 3 thousand Adventon has all the technology and more.
So would recommend that if your going to Ebike go to Rider Performance get a bike to fit your needs and you well be happy , as compared to a store that sells maybe 2-3 ebikes once in a while

I emailed questions about the ebikes. I received a prompt & thorough response. This set the tone for the rest of my experience. Prompt & Thorough!

After learning more about the different bikes that were on order, I was interested in the Aventon Sinch (folding fat tire ebike). I offered to make a deposit to reserve the bike, but was told that was not necessary and my name would be added to a list. I was kept up to date as to when the bike would arrive, after it arrived & when it was ready for a test ride.

I scheduled my test ride. After an overview of the Sinch, I was riding! It did not take me long to decide it was the bike for me! What a great bike! It is a solid ride! I love the white color, too.

Overall great experience! I would (and already have to many people) highly recommend Rider Performance Electric Bikes.

Extremely pleased with Rider Performance! They are very knowledgeable about all there e-bikes which helps making the decision easy. I chose the Aventon Level ebike and it is awesome!!! Although Covid made this purchase take longer than any of us could have ever anticipated, TJ and Mark made each step as smooth as possible. They kept all up to date on the progress of the assembly and shipment of the bikes. They were willing to open the shop whenever was convenient for the buyer. They gave thorough instructions and typed summaries to take home. It was evident they love their work and want their customers to have satisfying biking experiences.

I was riding my bicycle with my neighbor but I could only go about 6 miles round-trip and he normally went about 12 miles round-trip. He suggested that I should look at an electric assist bicycle. I went to various bike stores to look for an electric bike. I found that most of the stores only carried one or two electric bikes. Went to one store down in Ormond Beach and they had quite a few but they were too expensive for me. I then went to Rider Performance to look at their electric bikes and Mark had a better price range for his bikes. I ended up buying one from him that I am very happy with. By using an electric bike I am able to ride further and not worry about not getting back, now I can ride the 12 miles easily and a lot of the time I am not even using the electric. The electric bike has helped me build up my endurance. I found Mark to be extremely helpful and always willing to be there for you if you need something. Mark truly takes care of his customers. Ken

Absolutely Awesome. I love this bike shop. I recently bought an electric bicycle from Mark G., the owner. I had been shopping around for an electric bike for months. When I first came into the shop I didn't know what to expect.
Then I met the owner, Mark. I was so amazed with everything about this man and his shop. I found and the ultimate electric bike I only could dream of owning.
