My wife and I stopped at the store and got some information about a vent free fireplace. The young lady we spoke to was supposed to email us the cost of the fire box and the logs we were interested in the following Monday, she never did. A week later I called them and I was told by the man I spoke to that he would send me the quote. Weeks later still nothing. Poor way to earn business.
