A motorcycle was purchased there and was told up front about all the things that were needed. It was a 1st bike so it was nice that the people were honest and upfront about any potential issues. It did need a new part and they ordered it and waiting for it to come in for them to put on. A few days later there was a issue that I thought was a problem, and had a few other questions about the bike, and they came out answered everything, told me how to fix a few things myself (lightbulb) ect. Very fun, and def will go back for future purchases and to have the toys looked at/fixed.

Beyond grateful to have this place so close by for all of our ATV needs! The owners are always very friendly and a huge help, even if my husband makes them crazy with his almost daily visits! 110% recommend!

Very knowledgeable, & every part you can imagine

Brought my Polaris there for an electronic problem in my 4wd system. Was sold a front differential that would supposedly fix the problem. The differential did not fix the problem and I was told to “let me take my time on it and work on it when I have free time and I won’t run the bill up.” 3 months later I finally get to pick my machine up (after weeks of not being able to talk to anyone there) and the bill is nearly double what the price was when we put in the differential that didn’t fix the problem, lights on in the cluster that were not on before I brought it there, and when it was pulled around for me to take home the problem was still not fixed, 4wd still not engaging, no lights in the switch, and no signal to gauge that 4wd was locking in. Didn’t even get to make it out of the parking lot with a bandaid fix, just here’s a bill and it’s still not working. Now I’m thousands of dollars into a problem that is in the same position as when I brought it there. Alex is far from a mechanic, he is a parts changer at best. Entire “diagnostic” process is pulling parts from junk machines in his yard and switching it to yours to see if they work, all while charging you for his time to do so.
