Debby and Donna M are amazing!! Debby helped me 5 min before close to tell me what paper work I need for my out of state license. She wasn't rushing and answered all my questions. Next day I called to confirm they received everything and Donna M picked up and was so nice , helped me with my license. I was prepared to pay a huge fee but she took her time to confirm everything and I didn't have to pay as much. I dont know how this place can get any bad reviews with these ladies working here!!! amazing customer service!!!

Whoever said getting your tag renewed was a pain obviously doesn't use the Flagler Co Tax Collectors office in Flagler Beach. Smiles when you walk in great service with a smile. Thanks to the staff.

My GoTo place for all DMV services. Tag services were super fast 8/31/2023 - I was in & out in less than 10 minutes. Info Desk 100% helpful in triage of my needs.

Kelly was incredible at the Flagler Beach DMV. She was very polite and was so good at her job and listened to me after the night mare I had at the other Dmv in Bunnel on Clegg Blvd. Thank god for polite people like her. Do not go to the other dmv in palm coast they were so mean I would never go back there again Thanks Kelly your the best!

Went in today to get my driver license and tags renewed. When you first enter there's a guard and he will inform you to were you need to go. Was in and out in 15mins. Everyone I came in contact with were very friendly and professional. Also was in few months ago to get another license renewed and had the same nice result. Thank you for your fine service..

Whether you need to renew your license, renew plates, or get a fishing or hunting license, this office is open, quick in and out, easy parking , very friendly and helpful staff.

Like most everybody else, I truly enjoyed this extremely effecient and successful visit to renew my driver license. I’m a “special case” as in that my application requires research, complicated paperwork and extensive knowledge of “the system” to make it happen. Most offices simply dismiss me, due to lack of expertise or not wanting to deal with my situation. This is the only office that has always been able to help me. All staff is just so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and persistent in helping me get back on the road, they go above and beyond and then some. I am blessed to have found people who pride themselves in excellence and customer service, thank you all so much.
Then there’s also lots of parking, a clean office and hardly a line. In and out in no time. I know, it sounds too good to be true, especially if you have tried to make an appointment for the Daytona office and have to wait a month.. This is it, the best, thanks to Max and all other employees 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

You can get your driver's license, tags, and registration of new or renewed your concealed weapons or firearms license. Not too many people's in line, very good customer service and friendly staff.

Security officer was extremely friendly. He would ask individuals the reason for there visit and confirm documents needed. Knowing if you have all the required documents upfront is a time saver. DMV staff was friendly and professional. Only took 15 minutes to process 5 tags renewals.

Grace is the absolute kindest employee I’ve ever had in 50 years of my drivers license needs. Please let her know that she’s is a wonderful person and she knows her job…keep up the good work!

I would have to say I smiled and laughed the minute I walked in the door. Was so incredibly easy for my girlfriend and I to apply for our concealed carry. We drove from Daytona and it is definitely worth it. Easy, friendly, and a great experience all around.

Brought my elderly mother for her Florida ID. From the security on, it was a good memorable experience. Our clerk wasn't happy with Moms first photo and shot another which is one of her finest. Special kudos to the Security officer and his expertise with people and help with Mom during our visit.

I only go to this office. I have tried others but never as good as this location. Helped my Father in Law that has since passed away. Never forget the ladies for helping him when some probably wouldn't have.

Went here for my CCW application, and was blown away at how easy they made it. When you arrive, you'll be directed to the room at the back left of the building. Once there, you will provide your paperwork, and then sit down to complete the application on the computer followed by photographing and finally fingerprinting. The lady who assisted me was incredibly helpful and well versed on the process. I visited on a Friday around 3:00, and was out the door at 3:15. I do not believe my experience could have been any easier. Be sure to make note of your tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your application. After completing my application, my license was granted in 6 days.

My daughter recently moved to Volusia county, and we found that appointments are required for various licensing services that can't be done online, such as getting a new driver's license. After trying to book an appointment for two weeks without any availability, we went to the Flagler County Tax Collector office and were able to "walk in" with barely a wait. The people could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was the least stressful place to get a driver's license and a register the car. Very impressive.

This had to have been the fastest service I've ever had from a government office, went in to have my DL renewed walked right in and was greeted by a security guard took a number and no sooner sat down when my number was called. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful overall I was in and out in 10 mins far better then dealing with the DMV in my town.

Always quick and easy here! No matter what I've come to this location for I always have a good experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this Flagler County Tax Collector office!

I had to share how impressed I was when i went to this location. The staff is so efficient and helpful! They are quick as well. I live in Volusia county and it was worth the drive just for how simple they made the process for getting my concealed permit application filled out.

I am new to Florida and needed to process paperwork to get my gun carry permit. I have never had such a pleasant, convenient, and quick service provided as I received here today. This place was awesome and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They made this process easy and blonde proof for me.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had..so very organized, efficient and friendly unlike the Volusia County office in South daytona...ugh what a nightmare. Thank you to everyone ay the Flagler Beach DMV office.
