New patient to Dr Li I have had 3 visits and have nothing but high praise for the Dr and staff. I’m always early and get seen promptly. I was skeptical the first visit Dr Li said he would treat the problem as to why I got a bone spurt. I followed his instructions and in 2 weeks I was pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Li

Dr. Li and Tracy put my 11 year old son at ease. This was by far and away an excellent doctor visit. My son was afraid to have his procedure, but they were reassuring and kind. I cannot say enough kind words about their office.

Going on 5 years as a patient of Dr Li it's, obviously, never under pleasant circumstances when I have to visit. But aside from prompt and professional care he's always remembered past issues and includes revisiting them in each visit, carefully checking to make sure all looks good. He has super communication skills and keeps you at ease all the time. He's the best.

I found Dr Li to be very helpful and professional. He explained what happened and why and how to avoid future problems with my foot. He also really cared about my situation and helped me with medical supplies. I found him to be very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Everyone is very caring and it's very clean. I love that they talk you through everything an care about your wellbeing an don't act like there in a hurry to get you out. He takes time in walking you through steps. Dr Li talks you through everything an is very gentle as possible. I highly recommend this Dr to everyone.

We took my mom here to see Dr. Li because her feet had open blisters on half of them. Dr. Li was very personable and explained everything very well. He cared about my mom and her wellbeing. I would definitely go back in the future!

Dr. Li took care of my mother in assisted living. bad wound on heel, which he painstakingly took care of, and it healed! My husband and I use him. Takes plenty of time with his patients!

Full disclosure that this review is more reflective of the operational effectiveness of this office than the clinical care delivered. I have been a patient of this practice for several months and have had 3 in office visits. The clinical care provided by Dr. Li has been very good indeed. Getting to see him recently has been challenging to say the least.

The past couple of appointments have been rescheduled to accommodate the podiatry practice. I have acquiesced to their need to reschedule as things happen. Today I arrived 5 minutes early for a 3 pm appointment (which had been rescheduled to accommodate the medical practice from a week before) only to find a full waiting room. I asked how long it would be before I saw the Dr. and I was told that the processing time was 40 - 45 minutes per patient and there were 3 people in front of me. At a minimum I was looking at a 2 hour wait. There was not even an attempt of an apology and to make matters worse I was told that this was normal. As I said, I had been to the office several times previously and while there was often a wait, it wasn't 2 hours.

I am not the person to be indignant or create a scene. I simply asked to have my appointment rescheduled and my request was met with irritation at best. The individual asked me what time I "needed to be out" to which I responded that it was irrelevant. I had a 3 pm appointment and I was not going to be seen until 5 pm. If I had shown up 2 hours late with no notice, I would have been charged a $50 no show fee. As my request for reschedule was not accommodated I simply asked to have my appointment cancelled and I departed quietly. I may have been more accepting of a wait if someone from the office called and indicated the significant delay prior to my arrival. Medical practices have become blithely unaware of their insensitivities towards people's valuable time, but when the tables are turned they often show no mercy.

All of this is to say that if you are prepared to wait 2 hours beyond your scheduled appointment time, you will likely not be disappointed in the clinical care. I, on the other hand, value my time and do not think that it is acceptable.

Absolutely horrible! Don't waste your time or money! I explained how excruciatingly painful my feet are to Dr. Li. He pushed and pulled on my feet as few times and then started explaining how really bad my feet are with fallen arches and many other things. No other tests or xrays were done. He then proceeded to tell me to go buy another new pair of shoes (that he doesn't have there) and come back in 3-4 weeks to see how that works. Well I had already told him I've been through about a dozen new pair of shoes already, Nike, Adidas, Skechers, Asics to name a few, and he tells me to go get another pair!! I told him, very calmly, that I felt like I was wasting my time and he didn't do anything for me (thinking he could do at least something). No, he just stood up said "OK then" and walked out. He is very unprofessional, rude and 100% completely useless!! What a joke!
