This is the friendliest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It has great customer service, the pharmacist came out to personally explain everything and fixed up the medications while we waited. He talked to us like we were old family friends. Much cozier and personalized than CVS or Walgreens.

We send patients to this pharmacy to get their compound medications done. Patients come back with an excellent view of the way they are treated and the quality of the compound. The pharmacist and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The pharmacist was incredibly accommodating and helpful. My doctor is one that is harder to teach and the pharmacist, as well as their staff, were so kind, patient, and handled the follow up at the expense of their own time. I will not deal with chain pharmacies, you can't even get people on the phone and they don't really care about people. When I went to pick up my prescription for the first time, I could hear the pharmacist speaking candidly and kindly to another repeat patient and the guidance, concern, and care he exhibited was above and beyond the typical standard one would find. They treated me, a first timer, the same way.

If you don't go to this pharmacy you should. Staff is friendly and they know who are right when you walk in. The pharmacist is always available to discuss medications with you in and frank and open manner. I can not say enough good things here

Love this pharmacy! Went to 10 pharmacies before finding my son's medication here that was out of stock everywhere else. The pharmacist and staff provide outstanding customer service. This place is a breath of fresh air compared to chain pharmacies.

The kind service here is a game changer. I'm not going anywhere else as long as I live here in Tampa. They call you personally to let you know your meds are ready and they make every effort to answer your questions. The staff is polite, compassionate and genuinely cares about their clients. Best pharmacy ever! They treated me like a person, they knew how to use a manufacturer coupon and even offered me water while I waited a whopping 10 minutes for my son's prescription. It makes a huge difference to know they are looking out for us. They have even opened up during non-business hours to make sure we could get our medication.
