My experience at this office was absolutely amazing. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. The Dr, Omyra, Lori, Tammy and Belinda to name a few work so well together and it shows in the care they provide. Belinda did my cleaning and I felt comfortable as she took the time to explain everything she was doing and what to expect. I’m so happy that I found this office and super excited about my dental journey with them!!!! 10stars

Everyone here is phenomenal but Amber is an absolute rockstar! She is the BEST hygienist EVER. Patient, kind, compassionate, so sweet. I have had nothing but amazing experiences from the moment I walk in.

My first visit here. The staff was professional but, very nice! The dentist made me feel comfortable with her knowledge. She didn’t try to rush her evaluation and discussion with me after. Overall a wonderful experience! I’m so happy to have found them!

The hygienist was excellent. The receptions and billing perfect, polite and helpful. The women doing the appoint was great. Big different from my last experience there.

Always get excellent care here. Friendly staff, clean, modern office. On time appointments. When I had a crown come off they got me in quickly to put it back on.

Excellent overall experience! I have been with them since moving to Palm Coast in 2015 and they always deliver. This time I had a somewhat urgent requirement to get a broken filling repaired. Pam got me scheduled right away, Tammy immediately got me set up for the procedure and Dr. Burns explained what the treatment entailed and got my tooth fixed perfectly. I felt like they gave me world class treatment all around. Thank you Oceans Dental!

The best experience ever! I was greeted by Pam. What a delightful woman she is. She treated me like I was family! Yet, she was so very professional. So happy I use Oceans Dental. Not only was the receptionist great, I have to mention the Hygienist Gail O'Connor. the cleaning I received was superior. Gail, told me about a product that is a better way to fight gum disease and it will help your teeth become whiter as well. Such a caring hygienist! She truly cares about you and your teeth.

Found the Dr and entire team to be thorough and pleasant. My hygienist Belinda was very thoughtful, sensitive and communicated clearly what she was doing throughout the appointments. Would recommend.

Amazing!! Truly such a delight from the beginning to the end it starts when you first check in and it doesn’t stop until you go out the door. I have not experienced so much amazing customer service in such a long time it’s almost surreal if you are looking for a dentist stop at this review there is no need to look any place else. I Had my first visit today as I’m a new patient and wow what an amazing staff. Meredith was super friendly as well as Dr Paul Kramer. From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed and valued. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to find a great dentist that cares🥰
