Will made my home-buying experience awesome! When we first met, he sat me down and gave me the history of the town, showing me the highlights in a computer presentation. It was so informative and really helped me with my decisions. Will was very patient with me, showing me a variety of houses at my request. In less than a month, I had put in an offer and a month after that, I was sitting at closing! Will is the realtor who wants to be your neighbor and he goes out of his way to help you find what you really want. I cannot say enough good things about Will - you have to meet him for yourself and let him guide you down the road to a new home! You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I have been working with Will for the past 3 plus years and he has been extremely patient with us. At the very beginning we advised him that we had long term goals as we were from another state and strongly considering moving to Florida. He told us no problem, that he wanted to build a relationship of trust with him. Will has always answered our questions and has always made himself available for us when we made several trips to Florida over the years. It was because of Will's patience and understanding of what we DIDN'T KNOW what we were looking for, that we are now building a new home in Florida. Will has stood by us thru the whole process of this new build and has provided strong and knowledgeable service and advice.
