CrossFit Hammock Beach

I love this box! The coaches are great and so welcoming! The gym is big with lots of great equipment! I felt like part of the community right away! I joined while I was in the area for 2 1/2 months. I'm looking forward to coming back next year!

I was in Flagler/Hammock beach for a vacation and did a week long pass with this gym. The facility and equipment are amazing and the coaches were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The workouts and other athletes were also great. I will absolutely come back next time I’m in the area. Thank you!

This is a really good box. The coaches are really on point with their warm up and review of skills. The box itself is a bigger facility which works great with larger classes. You never feel on top of others. There are tons of class times starting at 530 am till 630 pm so there is no excuse for not getting the wod in. The location is just off 95 and is easy to get to from either side of flagler county.

This place is great! I've been doing Crossfit a number of years and the coaching here is fabulous! There were a lot of rainy days during my week here so getting a few WOD's has been great. The atmosphere here is welcoming and inclusive. The facility/equipment is top notch! I'll be back for sure.

John and Danielle are amazing! I am from out of town and they welcomed me with open arms not just a number! I did a WOD with John and others as Andrew led us and both were super encouraging! Very different from what I have been used to for 35 years being in Fitness industry. As a rookie(52,lol) to CrossFit I am hooked on the camaraderie, the health and the challenge.

Great Community! Great Coaches! John knows CrossFit. It was my first time doing CrossFit and John made sure I got everything I could out of every WOD! Really great group of people gathering in the AM, Highly Recommend checking this box out.

Crossfit Hammock Beach in Palm Coast Florida was an awesome experience!! I have been Crossfiting for 5+ years and have been a member of the same crossfit gym in the Chicago area the entire time although have dropped into many crossfit gyms across the country and Crossfit Hammock Beach rate at the top of experiences. My wife Liz and I have attended workouts the last two months, 4-5 times per week. Warmups are challenging but very beneficial for the workouts. The owners John and Danielle and all the coaches have been fantastic with a focus on the details of coaching skills and extremely helpful. The community is friendly and welcoming. You will find a diverse age group from membership in theirs twenty’s to seventy’s. Drop-In’s from all over the world are very common, which adds an additional experience. Crossfit Hammock also offers other programs such as Kick Boxing and The Barbell Club. I would highly recommend this awesome gym.

Did several drop-ins while visiting the area. Very welcoming atmosphere by the coaches and the members. Great instruction and development by both Coach John and Coach Shawn.

I trained here for a few days, since I always visit my sister that lives near, but I really loved the wods and the facilities. Also the coaches are great and are in all the details. I strongly recommend it.

Dropped in while in town for business- great large, clean box. Coaching was outstanding and very friendly athletes. Will definitely come back!
