I wish we had work with Tony from the beginning. Tony talked us through all our options and gave us advice on what might help our house sell. It was nice knowing we had control and we weren’t being forced to accept options that didn’t feel right to us. He kept in constant contact with us ( talked or got updates at least once a week ). I would definitely work with Tony again.

I cannot recommend Tony enough! We’ve used him for both buying and selling and are currently working to buy again! I’ve never met a realtor that cares more or works harder for his clients!! If you are buying or selling you need to call Tony! You’ll not be disappointed!

Tony helped us a lot when came to finding our each house. he knew the flood areas and how to not waste our time looking in the wrong places. he has a huge network of contacts from insurance, banking, title and even lawn maintenance. We were from out of state and Tony helped us with the differences that the Florida contracts have. By narrowing our search down, we saved time and got a great house in one day.

Tony! What a GodSend he was for us when my husband and I decided to move from Connecticut to Florida in record time…. We needed a house, and we needed it fast. We had two and a half days to find our dream retirement home and Tony made it happen.
Tony is outstanding in many ways as a realtor, but is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to guiding his clients. We asked him so many questions about EVERYTHING, and he was very helpful in getting back to us with details we needed to make decisions…. Lots and lots of decisions that we could not have made without his input and advice.

Tony came to us as referral from a close friend who was an agent in Illinois and thought Tony would be a great fit for us as we prepared to buy a home in Palm Coast and move from Illinois to Florida. Tony was excellent in lining up homes for us to visit and then supporting all the steps through closure. We were on a tight timeline and Tony stayed on top of all issues and provided solutions to any problems. Couldn’t have gone better.

Tony has been an amazing realtor for us. He was very quick to video showings and send them our way for review. He has a ton of patience, outgoing, upbeat personality, and was very easy to work with. He knew the whole process of closing on a house seamlessly. We had a not so easy seller agent to deal with and Tony stayed very diligent and professional even though I had some choice words about that agent. He is knowledgeable about homes, neighborhoods, current prices and when you see a good deal or not. I think his personal life might also be selling homes as we never knew him to be available for anything but us. We have purchased a couple of homes over the years and he has been the easiest to work with. I feel we can contact him for suggestions on anything Palm Coast once we move even though we already closed on our home. A very trusting person with sound advice. Everyone should have Tony Garren or a clone as the realtor they choose.

Not only was Tony able to very quickly get mom a terrific price on the lot she wanted to sell, but was a consummate professional, helping us manage the complexities of closing the sale while as my mom is a foreign national and lives in Europe.

I recently used Tony’s services to sell a lot in Palm Coast, Fl. He was professional and pleasant to work with. He promptly researched area comp sales and sent me his results. He suggested a listing price, but did not pressure me to follow his advice. We discussed it by phone and I asked a little higher price. He soon listed it and we received an offer in a week or two that was closer to the price Tony had suggested. I accepted that offer and closed several weeks later.

I have used many other agents to buy and sell homes and property and found Tony to be knowledgeable and dependable. I have no problem recommending him to others.
