If you want a true yoga experience, not an exercise class, then Padma Yoga is your place. Micki and all the teachers bring mind, body and spirit into every class. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace and ability. No judgement here at all. The studio is welcoming and you will feel safe and secure immediately. It’s the best!!

Micki, Linda Lee , Kim, Michelle are excellent. They take their time and make sure you get the most out of your practice. Nydra classes on Monday night are relaxing and reduce stress to help you sleep.

MY wife, Judy, stroke victim and yoga aficionado has loved Padma, Micki and her teachers from her day one over five years ago. They are a wonderful group of people and can even help a "stiff as a board" old guy like me.
