Spoke with Jim about a rental after taking him over 24 hours to get back with me. Then he said he’d send an application for me to fill out and he never sent it I had to text and call him numerous times and finally he sent it via email. Filled out the application and tried to get a hold of him to get him the application, again didn’t answer the phone, left numerous voice mails and texts with no response so I took the application to the office and spoke with a woman with very little knowledge of anything and of course Jim wasn’t there. She text him as well, still no response. Here we are more than 48 hours after receiving the application and trying to get it to him and STILL NO RESPONSE. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. TERRIBLE business. I will never work with this bank ever again just because of this man. So unprofessional and rude.

If you are the owner of a property go away and don’t chose this agency to take care of your house!
My tenant hasn’t paid the rent, it took them 3 months to get her out of the condo. My condo was dirty, the A/C was bad because the tenant didn’t change the filter, she broke the garbage disposal, she had a cat (it was forbidden in the building) and he scratched most of the backsplash, the walls and the sofa... the coldwell banker agent told me it wasn’t so bad! He gave me the advice to pay $175 to clean the condo, I accepted. When I went back I discovered a really dirty place and some decoration stuff had disappeared ! I try to call the agence since then, two weeks has gone, he doesn’t answer to my email and my phone call, It’s unbelievable!
