Nicole the manager here is a fantastic help. She squared away my account quickly and helped me see that there was an error in my account that caused me to be continously over charged. Definitely recommend the staff at this store. Knowledgeable and helpful is the minimum they do.

We received our new iPhone 15s in the mail after signing up for AT&T at Fort Eustis last week. I tried to activate both phones but I had difficulty with the second iPhone 15. The customer service helpline was an absolute mess, first person hung up on me, second call I was told to wait 24 hours and call again. There was a lot of background noise and the customer service representative was hard to understand. We took the phone into the store on Bridge Road in Suffolk. Manny was so helpful and friendly, he fixed the problem in seconds with expert assistance and answered all of our questions professionally. Highly recommend this AT&T store. Thank you so much Manny!

Lenny, the store manager, was awesome to work with and so friendly and helpful. It was the most pleasant shopping experience I’ve had in a while. I was in and out in no time and his whole team was great in helping me with a few phone issues I had been having.

Highly recommend this store for anyone needing a new phone, phone help, etc. Also, AT&T offers a great discount for all of the active duty military located in this area.

Dani and Jada are the best!! I highly recommend them for services. From day one Dani helped my husband and I decide the best option for upgrades for our family. She made sure that we understood what she was saying and answered all questions. My husband went back into the store a few days before Christmas but the phones were not available. She advised my husband of another store to check. He found the phones at a store in Chesapeake but they messed us up. We opened Christmas gifts to only find out that we would be without phones for the whole day. We waited patiently for the store to open the day after Christmas and Dani fixed all the issues that we had. Jada, Dani and her husband are amazing. Thank you for all that you do!!! I will definitely come back

This is your go to ATT site for humble honest truth Hampton Roads! After feeling swindled out of hundreds of dollars at another store, these kind gentlemen gave me all the helpful information to try and fix my tornado of an account! They did so with kindness and great entertainment during periods of waiting! Overall 5stars plus!

The team at this store was pleasant to work with and Sweet Tea was one of the best. He was professional, patient and extremely helpful at every of my visit. I had some problems my account when switching to a new plan, had to come back to the store a few times, and the issues finally got resolved.

I started my upgrade process with Dani a couple days before Christmas. They didn’t have the phones in stock that I was looking to upgrade so I was forced to go to another location in Chesapeake, and that was the start of my disappointment. The Chesapeake location screwed up the activation which left me without any working devices on Christmas. The day after Christmas I went into see Dani who was amazing. She resolved the issues on 3/4 devices. The fourth device which was mine had not been backed up in about 6 years, so I spent the better part of 5 hours in the store as they worked tirelessly to get my phone backed up and functional. I finally left midway through the backup to try it at home. After another 2.5 hours at home the phone finally backed up. I called the store at 840 and Jada and Dani told me to come in and they would help out. Keep in mind the store closes at 9. After a long day they stayed a bit late and got my phone working. I can’t say enough good about them. They are the best sales reps/technicians I have ever dealt with. Their knowledge of the products they sell and their commitment to the customers is why I’ll only buy products from these two. If you go to the location be sure to recognize their hard work. They deserve the praise and thanks!!! Thank you ladies so much!!!!!

I was at the AT&T trying to fix a problem with my bill. The associate that helped me was Sweet tea ! He was super helpful and assisted me with calling customer service and getting everything situated! His friendly smile and nice attitude was greatly appreciated! Super satisfied:)!

I always experience great customer service here. Hector has always been amazing and goes out of his way to always make sure we are satisfied. Recently I went in and was taken care of by Stephen. He was very helpful and shared with me some current promotions, some of which I took advantage of. This will always be my store of choice when I need anything with my phones or tablet…thanks!!

I have never, in my life, had such a pleasant experience at an AT&T store. It happened to be 30 plus minutes away from my house and chose to stop at this location, out of convenience.. This was the best decision vision of my life ! Staff received me within if me within 5 minutes and I really fell like I was there most valuable customer. I walked out of there with more equipment and devices that I initially intended, with a brilliant smile plastered on my face. I'm so happy with and will continue to frequent this particular location.

After some headache because of the former management mishandling things, the new management was ready to help and correct the very large error on my account. Even took the initiative to reach out to me late to make sure i was updated.

On this day I had the opportunity to come into the Harbour View location and the associate Kevin in here by himself but maintained his composure. Service was superb very happy I took up almost 2 hours of his time but he got me out the door and one my way on this blessed day. Please promote him and Kevin thank you for the help and hearing my survivor and turning point story. I wish this guy nothing but the best in his future and thank you AT&T new customer I’m stoked….. But KEVIN is the real MVP Suffolk Va location THE BEST….

I came into thus store after nerve-wrecking days my device being unable to read my SIM card. Initially I just wanted to know if there had been any unauthorized changes to my account but what started as a simple request to change a PIN turned into the most pleasant experience I've had in a mobile phone shop.

Kevin and Eli were so very kind and patient and put up with me asking the same anxious questions over and over and were so diligent in continuing to dig to find out what my issue was. When discovered it was resolved without hesitation. They were an amazing team and I can't thank them enough for their hard work and kindness. They are an asset to the store and AT&T as a whole. Thank you again for being wonderful!

I went to the store to gat an Apple Watch, I was greeted immediately which made me feel welcome. I already new the type I wanted and was in and out of the store in 15 mins. They answered all my billing questions and I will recommend this store to my friends.

Kevin was wonderful. He took a lot of time with us and our phone. He also helped educate us to things that could help us. He has a great personality, too. We highly recommend him. He should get a raise and a promotion.

My experience was great thanks to Jada. I walked in expecting to just purchase a phone, however I walked out with a phone, 2 phone cases, a screen protector, and traded an old phone in thanks to Jada informing me about the sale going on. She was very friendly and willing to answer questions and her customer service was perfect.

I went to the Harbourview Store in Suffolk Va. Kevin was the associate that helped me! I am thoroughly pleased with his service. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at AT&T in a while. I usually go to the location in Chesapeake, but each time I’ve had to wait a long time before I was helped and the service was supbar.

When I walked into the Bridge Rd. location, Amere promptly greeted me and addressed my needs. I told her that I was looking for a new screen protector as well as interested in upgrading my Apple Watch.

Amere quickly found the screen protector for me and even put it on perfectly (no bubbles!), and then gave me a few options for the apple watch.

She was so kind and professional, I’ll always come back to her! I’d give her 10 stars if i could 🤗
