We believe in doing the right thing without question. We purchased a bed in June. I couldn’t shake the feeling something was off with the mattress, it was not comfortable at all and my back was killing me. I reached out to the owner, Gary last we and voiced my concerns, he then walked me through the warranty process, and I took pictures that are required for a warranty and sure enough the bed was defective. Within 48 hours we were sleeping on a new bed and received a full credit from manufacturer to put towards the purchase of a better bed. We are thrilled with the customer service of knowing that they genuinely are good people and care about their customers! Thanks to Susie, Richard, and Gary! We appreciate your kindness.

We had a really great experience purchasing mattresses at Bedtops yesterday for our new residence in Palm Coast. We needed mattresses for our four children that were good quality and a decent price point - the staff at Bedtops helped us select the right mattress box spring combo for us, and were so gracious with us as we had our special needs children with us. They were patient and kind, and we were so impressed with the service that we will definitely be back again to purchase more when the time comes. I cannot recommend them enough. They also delivered our mattresses almost immediately after they closed - and brought them in and set them right into the kids bedrooms. This is a great place to pick up mattresses on a budget. Definitely will shop there again!

Just got the graphite ice queen mattress! Its 15.5 inches thick for just $747 out the door. One of the best mattresses in the store too. For that price you cant go wrong. They got twins on clearance right now as well check them out.

We received an adjustable split mattress bed yesterday. The man that delivered our mattress, Billy, put the bed together quickly. He was friendly and professional.
We are very pleased with our purchase. No pressure. Our salesperson, Janine, was very knowledgeable who helped us select the right bed. Jeanine suggested if we wanted two different firmness's we can do that. So my wife got a firm and a medium for myself. She joked with us and said it saves many marriages. We had a great sleep and woke up refreshed.

My husband ,brother myself and my puppy went searching for a good bed for my brother .He needs the support of a good mattress. We thought it would be a long day looking for his needs. I was not looking forward to shopping for this .I brought my dog as we thought we would have been gone ALL day. I remembered seeing this store and thought we might start there as it was close .To our surprise we purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame ,platform which is wonderful for his needs at this first stop . We were very happy with the selection and price and not having to shop elsewhere was a blessing .The service was excellent Kieth took good care of us and helped us find exactly what we needed The owner Gary was also very friendly and enjoyed my BellaMia puppy .Thus an excellent rating is due them .
