Mister Car Wash

On February 29, 2024 I noticed a $19.99 pending withdrawal from my checking account. I thought to myself what is this? Turns out it was for Mister Car Wash in Palm Coast Florida. So I took a drive over there and said I haven't been to this Car Wash in many many many months probably 10 months, how is this happening. So gentleman by the name of Jason got his tablet out and started searching I gave him my phone number and we found an account. He said it's an auto renewal and I said, I have no such thing. This was done without my permission. Turns out I was paying for this for the last 10 months and didn't even realize it. Well, they made good. They refunded my money, and I can't think of a better compliment, for a company to take care of a person who is not really a customer, but realize that you have to take care of people the right way. Jason Mister Car Wash did the right thing. And I appreciate that and say thank you Jason for all your help.

This car wash has vacuums with good suction, Floor mat cleaners, and it moves along nicely.

New Air pressure hoses work so much better! Suction is better. Garbage cans are emptied often. I've been a frequent customer for 6 years, through the pandemic and owner change. My last 2 visits left me happier with the service. Wish they'd bring back full detail service though.

My mom took a trip from to North Carolina and when she came back her car was covered in bugs and dirt. I took it to Mister to get it cleaned and all bugs were gone. The tires and wheels had a nice polish to them as well. Will definitely be taking our cars back in the future!

Great wash results. Vacuums had both flat head and crevice tool. Thar also had a designated wash tub for rubber floor mats

The soap they use smells so Good. It’s a great car wash. Your car comes nice and clean.

Very busy. The cars were lined up on both sides and everything went fast. Good setup. Clean car.

Very convenient to stop for a carwash on the way to work. Usually stop at least 2-3 times per week. The membership definitely pays for itself. The staff is always friendly and polite.

Very good car wash. I stop 2 times per week. They might need some support maintaining it? It's seems to have parts that are not working. The wash is ok when that happens. When it working the wash is great! Staff are wonderful.

Good car wash for the price and free vacuum. Expect to wait a few minutes. The older folks need to learn how to use the system, as they’re the ones creating delays. Will open a membership!

I have been happy with my experiences with this car wash. Great price for the unlimited package. I wish the Palm Coast location offered additional services like interior and detailing.

My van was covered in sticky sap and Steven got up on a ladder and got it all off for me. I offered him a tip but he wouldn't accept it. I am impressed with their customer service and the unlimited membership is GREAT! I got it for both my vehicles and I am very pleased with the results!

Exceptional Service at anytime I or my wife when we show up. I have a work van she has the mustang as they don't want you leaving without them being satisfied especially going all out to making sure that your vehicle is 💯 even Steven B courteous service always making sure you got the best service that Mister can provide.

The antenna cover on my Hyundai fell off during my car wash. The gentleman walked into the cleaning track and retrieved it for me. I glued it on firmly. This company felt bad for me and they gave me four coupons for their very best car wash. Their efforts were much appreciated!

I love that I can easily keep my car clean with my unlimited car washes here. With 6 kids we end up going there a few times a month and it’s quick and convenient!
