Our microwave blew out we needed a microwave. We went to go look at them. We had excellent service by Russell in the appliance department. He told us they had all kinds of specials the more appliances you got the better discount so we went from the microwave to the stove from the stove to the washer and dryer All that under $3000 with $500 off we are very happy never owned new appliances before and we are thrilled that we got such great service. Our new microwave was installed by one of Lowe’s installers today. He did a great job his name is George and our appliances will be delivered in a few days. Great job Lowe for having Russell and George help us. Great job guys thank you.

We had an issue with a delivered product from Lowe’s. LG and Lowe’s on line chat were unhelpful and not understanding what was broken. We went to our local Lowe’s where Russell M. gave us exceptional service. Helped us find the missing pieces. Later that evening I even got a follow up email from him! He did so great! He deserves acknowledgement for going way above and beyond. Thanks Russell.

Like most retailers today this store to is suffering from the lack of help but the folks working there now go above making sure you find exactly what you're looking for while helping 5 different people at once. I now understand what multi tasking truly means. Don't love the store but I do love shopping there because of the wonderful people working there.

I love going to this Lowes whenever I get going on a project. The entire team is always ready to help me find what I need. But I want to give a special shout-out to Tyson and Matt who were extra sweet on Black Friday when I was shopping for Christmas decorations. They were very helpful when I wanted to buy the last hedgehog decoration from the display and pointed me in the right direction for the other things I was looking for. Not the first time the team at Lowe's has gone above and beyond, but especially appreciated on such a chaotic day.

Today, I was offered help in every aisle! Michel from the Paint Department guided me to buy the right paint for our cabinet restoration project, and also took the time to explain how to restore imprinted cement driveways. Incredibly helpful! It is always obvious when an organization is run well, and I really appreciate all the great people at Lowe's in Palm Coast!

Super friendly and helpful. I was back in the lumber department towards the back. I had a gentleman by the name of James aka(Jitters) I believe, ask me if I needed help with anything. I told him that I'd like to get 25 panels of the 12' roofing tin. I also asked where I good get some screws for the tin. He told me what aisle it would be down. He also said to go ahead and pick out the screws I wanted while he loaded up all the 25 panels I was wanting. By the time I was picking out some screws he had the panels waiting for me at the register. As I was attempting to load up the tin. I realized it wouldn't fit in my vehicle. So, I embarrassingly came back. The same gentleman asked what was wrong and said no problem we'll have it delivered. He mentioned it would be for a price though. I said that was fine. He went up to customer service with me a handled the the delivery process for me. In all my years of living and experiencing customer service this was by far up and beyond anything else I've experienced. Grade A+ customer service. Keep it up Lowes. And shout out to man Jitters

Mixed feelings right now. The sales people at the store were great, And Happy with my purchase. However when the delivery guys showed up, one was great, he seemed to be the boss.he got the washer and dryer hooked up fine. The other one asked if he could use my bathroom and was in there the whole time taking a great big dump in my toilet. I thought he just had to pee, but NO You just don't do that. The boss guys was putting things in the truck and I yelled out don't forget your partner, he still in my bathroom. That's when he came out. So not happy with that part.

I ordered a washer, dryer, fridge, and microwave with Russell from appliances and there was an issue with the price and Russell and the manager Anthony worked together to fix my issue and made sure all my delivery dates were on time and looked at other options such as pick up. I’ve been to several Lowe’s in the area and this was the best service I’ve ever received. Thankfully i moved to palm coast so this will be my go to one !

also i had an issue with one of my applicances and angelina, the manager, made sure my issue was resolved and followed up. she did an awesome job and is a great team leader !

Monday morning I stopped in to buy some paint. The whole transaction went smoothly. I didn’t get the name of the female associate who helped me, but she was a petite blonde with big blue eyes. She was very helpful & thorough, I’m most grateful. Cody & Joe were also quite helpful, in fact Joe showed me an even better enamel than what I was requested to buy. Thank you all so much, my kitchen is really starting to look great. I’ll be back for more paint next month when I do my living room.

Lowes is our go-to store for all our projects. They always have what we need and great prices. Wish they’d issue coupons though! Bring back Lowe’s coupons!

Left my truck here in the parking lot for a month since it broke down on me. No issues and wasn't messed with. Appreciate you guys helping people out like that.

We have been experiencing problems with our new refridge and th we manager helped me to contact Whirlpool to get information to help us resolve the issues, which I am very thankful.

Lowe’s was very helpful and very courteous. Especially Pat at the register and John in the garden center. They were so friendly. I Love shopping at Lowe’s. Great prices and Beautiful plants and flowers.

I recently bought a craftsman riding lawnmower for my husband’s birthday, the associate that helped my husband and I was Matt Wilkins he went all out to help us, went all out looking for the key, he was just outstanding, associates like Matt Wilkins makes you want to come back to Lowe’s, he should be rewarded for being an outstanding person. Very friendly staff. I never have any trouble in this store. There is always someone close by and willing to help you find what you need. They offer online pickup in this store, which is a very nice option. They do offer delivery as well for certain things. The store is pretty clean and tidy for a home improvement store.

Great experience. Helpful employees, friendly and know what they are talking about. Keep making sure we found what we need. And we finally found what we were looking for. Greased Lightning spray! Looks like Lowe's is the only place locally that carries it.

I love Lowes, I go to the garden center at least once a week where everyone is great especially Bob and they have the best prices and wide variety of plants. I also bought a fridge there and love that too and the carpet/flooring dept. Is great as well and has great customer service, I forget the guys name in flooring but he has a strong Boston accent he is very knowledgeable and is cool to work with. Love lowes!
