Extra Storage Space in Palm Coast off 100 is AMAZING! The storage unit was spotless on move in day and the customer service was impeccable. When you do go to this storage facility, you’ll most likely speak with Karen at the front desk. 10 out of 5 star service. I cannot rave enough about how helpful she is and was during my whole time there. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone I know, but more specifically at the one I stored at. Absolutely the best customer service! Our manager was in constant contact with us during our move and ensured we had a unit ready when our goods arrived! The Flagler Beach location is managed very professionally. Karen and Jalen each go out of their way to assist in any way possible. Facilities are always nice and clean. A/C portion is kept below mildew temps and comfortable.

I’m giving this place a 5 star review due to the office manager Karen!! She is professional, answers all my questions and knows her stuff!! My new unit is perfect and everything I asked for such as right size, right price and fairly close to the elevator.
Also the space is always clean including the bathroom!!! Excellent service!!

Store 2003 was very helpful and professional in picking out the correct size unit for me. The employee made sure to give clear direction on how to access my unit and the quickest route to access it. Showed me how to utilize my locking device for my unit as well. Overall, VERY satisfied with the environment. Pricing is cheap too!! Thanks 2003!!! You ROCK!!! Even waited on me to arrive BEFORE their break bless their heart! Other places don't do that.
