A zero star rating would be appropriate for this place. They managed to ruin TWO pairs of expensive dress pants. I picked up my items which were wrapped up in plastic, and packed them neatly into my garment bag, to take on a trip. I should have inspected them for damage before leaving the establishment but I have never had an experience like this before! I had back to back important events, and when it was time to get ready, I noticed that the button was missing off of BOTH pairs of pants. It was a disaster. Shocked and disappointed by their horrible service.

First their turn around time is terrible 7 days for pants or shirts. Then could never get stains out of clothes. Pants come back faded. The day your clothes are ready is after 6 pm, so it’s really not ready til next day. Not going back!

I have been a customer of Mariotti’s dry cleaners for over 7 years. It’s been non consistent service. However, I like to support my local businesses. In the past 4 months it’s been really bad service. It takes about a week to two weeks to get the dry cleaning back. My last experience took over 2 weeks. I will never use them again and I will never recommend their service to anyone. If you read this, please value your time and money and stay away from this dry cleaner.

Wish I could give zero stars, our first time using this place, we dropped off our comforter on Tues, they said it would be ready Thurs went to pick it up and they said sorry it wasn't ready. No big deal we got it the next day on Friday. Than on the following Tues they call to tell us they gave us the wrong comforter! It was very similar to ours but we did think it wasn't as thick and comfortable . Than they were very rude when we weren't pleased to have to go back a third time after sleeping with someone else's comforter. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will never go back!
