Rite Aid

I have filled prescriptions and bought general healthcare supplies and medications here for several years. They are always courteous and prompt. Prescriptions have always been accurate and ready when promised. I have gotten various vaccines here, too, and they always get it done in a few minutes.

Stopped by yesterday and walked in about 11 to pick up a refilled prescription. I was 3rd in line and it took 30 minutes with 6 people working in the pharmacy. One person was working a register for inside customers. When I left, there were 6 or 7 people in line behind me. I am sorry to see this happening in my favorite pharmacy. I'll give it a couple more tries. Then it will be time to move on.

After a nightmare ordeal with the Rite Aid in Smithfield, we opted to have our scripts sent to this location. In comparison, this location is heads and tails above the other with regards to customer service and filling our scripts. Staff was very friendly, both in the pharmacy and front counter. We will be using this location going forward.

So much better than the Smithfield store that is just a few minutes down the road. In fact I choose to come to this store instead of the Smithfield store because they are so much faster and nicer than the Smithfield store is on any other day of the week!!!!!! 👍👍👍Thanks 4 being so awesome again!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍😜😆🎉😀🥹🤗

Just switched to this location from the Smithfield one, and wow what an amazing difference. They actually answered the phone and even helped get my account back in order which had been a multi month ordeal. Also filled my script in just a few hours. I’m glad this is my new pharmacy thank y’all!

** I think some of these negative reviews are confusing this location with the Smithfield one up the street. This place is night and day different.

I have been coming here for years and have always been greeted upon entering the store. The Pharmacy staff have always been professional, even if there were problems with my Rx. They even found a way to save me money over an above my insurance plan. I moved all my Rx from my previous pharmacy to this store. Everyone has bad days and less than optimal encounters, but so far I've been very happy with this location.

This Rite Aid is excellent. Clean, Courteous and professional. There is always someone in the front to greet you and help you if you need to find anything. David the pharmacist is excellent as well as the technicians. I’m extremely happy to have such a great pharmacy right near my home. Most of the customers always seem to be very patient during these trying times, unfortunately there will always be a few who aren’t.

This is actually a very lovely Rite Aid. The ladies in the pharmacy are exceptionally helpful and courteous be it on the phone, window and in store. I'm always greeted by the employees at the front. It's clean and well maintained. Thanks for always helping me and my family!

This by far my favorite pharmacy in the area. Becca and David have always been kind, informative and timely whenever I have an issue with my prescriptions or insurance... Which is pretty frequently...

I came up to the drive thru Pharmacy right after they had opened. I was dropping off some prescriptions and the Pharmacist ask me to wait while she checked availability of the medicine since they had just opened. Just when I thought she had been gone to long to check, she comes back with the prescription filled. Now that is service I can get used too. Every time I have came inside and couldn't find a product, store staff would walk me to the area I needed to be and sometimes helped find it. Clean store with friendly, professional service!!

By far the best pharmacy I have utilized in YEARS. Prompt, professional service. I have never had to wait in line. The pharmacist was recently very helpful through a recent insurance hassle. I have not been more pleased with a customer service experience before. Top notch service by all staff members! I am very happy to become a patron of this business.

Mr. David, in the Pharmacy knows me by name. He has helped me with an allergy issue and keeps me on track with flu shots In all of our busy hectic days, not being another number, but friendly warm greetings are appreciated. He also was very kind and unscary for my 7yr olds first flu shot. That's SuPeR important! Mucho thanks, Mr. David. 🤩

So I’m not a big fan of the pharmacy overall. They are backed up and can be rude at times, but I did just get my flu shot from Richard and he was great. He was nice and quick, can’t ask for anything more
