Summerwinds of Jupiter was built between 1985 and 1989. The buildings are wood construction, and prior to our current renovation, the exterior shell was T1-11. With the assistance of Eleven C, were able to evaluate several options to repair/replace the exteriors of the buildings, in the end it was decided to proceed with Hardie-plank.

In addition to replacing the exterior shell, the project also included:
• Replacement of our courtyard privacy fences.
• Replacing and adding gutters.
• Framing repairs.
• Repairs to resolve code deficiencies.

Prior to starting the project Eleven C:
• Developed a detailed project specification.
• Attended community meetings to educate homeowners on the current state of the buildings, repairs needed and the process to complete the repairs.

It has been a pleasure working with Eleven C for the following reasons:

Phil and I run the company together, to date we have completed and been paid for projects as large as 3.8M verifiable. Almost all of our work is referral. We have worked for famous baseball Players, a high level executive at a major US airline, immediate family members of famous tennis stars and also a retired football celebrity amongst our amazing list of clients who we have enjoyed working with since 2011. We remain friendly with our clients and don’t ask them to go on Google to review us.

The other side of our business involves homeowner associations and multi-family renovation. We are pretty sure we know who wrote this g-d awful review about us and all we can say is we are sorry your board did not select the contractor you introduced to them while you were a board member.

In addition, in addressing your claim of being “nickel and dimed, please present any paid Eleven C invoice and a cancelled bank draft that will show proof of this. Further, in addressing your claim of “Barry Shapiro” being a single employee, we will be happy to provide years of payroll records at any time that will confirm Eleven C employs many carpenters.
