Considering how busy it was, Samantha still found a way to fit me into their busy schedule the same day I called! I’m so happy that she did such a great job and my hair came out the way I wanted it to. She listened to me and made sure we got the right shade of burgundy. My hair looks and feels healthier even though I didn’t get a cut this time but I’ve always heard to go darker in the cold months and lighter in the hot months so that’s probably why! I do recommend this salon and to call first to see if they have any availability:)

Brielle is a literal artist when it comes to hair! She took my black box dyed hair and turned it into a picture perfect style. She was very educational and offered advice for my hair! All the ladies at the salon are friendly and welcoming! I cannot say enough good things about this place! I posted photos of two separate times I've been to see Brielle, I love my hair again thanks to her!

We love going here for our needs! My two daughters and I have never had any problems! All 3 of us get color services. Been through quite a few styles and love them all! Everyone is so nice, you feel like family!

I have been going to River City Salon for few years now. Samantha is great she is super friendly. Everyone there is great. I also get a wash from Destine. She always gets me in does a great job. I recommend them 100%

I am an education director for an Italian hair care brand and I have sold hair color to River City Salon, educated for them and become friends with everyone in this salon. Believe me when I say River City Salon is one of the top salons in Danville. I experienced the area for over two years and visit all the salons. River City Salon is one of the few salons in Danville I would recommend a friend to. They take pride in their work and are always looking for the best hair color brands and education to stay current. You are in great hands with anyone at this salon.

Please note all of the 5 stars and then the two 1 star reviews which are husband and wife. The wife did not follow through with proper care after her color. Bleeding after a vivid color is normal for days and days. Now, because she didn't follow through with proper care, she and her husband are attacking the salon. They are even making fake accounts to do so... Kon Jovi... I mean, come on!!!

Hands down the best experience with getting color and extensions! They will actually take the time to make sure everything is done correctly and in a timely manner too!!! Very accommodating to work schedules might I add! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly!

Because I can’t respond to the person below me with that long paragraph of nonsense, do your research! All of that bleeding is completely normal with vivids, especially with it bleeding onto your clothes and neck! To assume it was $140 for ‘nothing’ is absolute nonsense. First of all you go in with black hair so she had to retouch that up and bleach up the ends for the turquoise (assuming that it was bright) and add color! That is so cheap for that service! To also then go and say she couldn’t tell you what to do…she definitely did! Either use rubbing alcohol on your neck or makeup wipes! How are you going to leave a review without looking towards google for answers…Not only that you don’t even use proper grammar or punctuation, how stupid are you? Genuinely grow up! I don’t even know the entire situation, but you clearly are in the wrong, and it’s not the owner’s situation, so of course they aren’t responding!

i love this salon! the people there treat me like im family and are always so kind. I always love my hair when i get it done here. If you find something wrong with this place you are probably the problem not them.
