SunDestin Beach Resort by Scenic Stays

Beautiful. I loved the condo I rented. I was amazed at the view. And front desk people were very kind and ready to help. There was a great gift shop and a soso version of fudpuckers within the actual resort. There was construction happening, but that didn't bother me, I went places, but was also content to stay in.
They do need to update paint and add lights on the hallways.

We just stayed at Sundestin for our son baseball tournament. Leya along with all the front desk employees and the workers in the restaurant were amazing. Leya helped with are 3 baseball teams that come down to play at PG. This is a great place to stay! The views from our balcony were awesome. We will back next year for sure!

We have just spent two beautiful months at the Sundestin Beach Resort. The room was so comfortable. In particular, the staff at the SunDestin are great! The front desk people are so friendly and accommodating. The concierge, maintenance, and security were all just great. They make you feel at home. We love the place and highly recommend it to others.

The front staff is very friendly. They also let you stay here with Ocen front room if you do the timeshare tour package. They have 2 nights for $99 or 3 nights for $179 if you do the Wyndham tour. This place is directly on the beach with 2 hot tubs, an indoor pool, kids splash pad and a large outdoor swimming pool. The large outdoor swimming pool is currently closed due to construction as of 5/8/2024, although they say that they will probably have it opened by July 2024 for peak season. They do have a Fudpuckers sister restaurant inside the resort.

This is a typical Florida condo building, where each unit is privately owned and may or may not be rentable. The building itself is not new, but is in good repair and was undergoing additional repairs and upgrades while we were there. Friendly staff at the desk. Located directly on the beach. Not all units have a full facing beach view, but even the units on the "wing" where ours was have a nice ocean view, due to a low-rise building next door. Probably a wide variation in the quality of individual units, since they are privately owned, but ours was nice - freshly painted, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, and very quiet at night.

We could see dolphins from our balcony daily, beautiful place, accommodating staff, bar, pool, hot tub, and a private beach. Even with the renovations going on and construction crews on site we're professional and courteous.

We had a lovely welcome gift after arriving to our unit. The suite was immaculately clean and the ocean view from our balcony breathtaking. What is most outstanding about this resort is the staff. Leya Parker, Mike Ward, Kyle Parker, Rachel Parker and Glen have all gone above and beyond to make our stay here relaxing and enjoyable. Their efforts have ensured that should we stay in Destin, Fl again we would check availability at the Sun Destin Resort.

Had a perfect two bedroom two bath condo and two months of reasonably warm weather. The beach is the best and is a delightful experience with chairs and umbrellas at your service.

We had a great time here at the SunDestin Beach Resort. We especially enjoy meeting and shopping at the Gift Shop. Nick was especially helpful. We bought some light blue hoodies and have really enjoyed them. Hope you all have a great time here.

We have had amazing experience past few years with many friends made, can't wait until next year. The staff has been so wonderful and helpful, like part of the family.

Loved this condo we rented! It smelled so clean when we walked in. (We just left from another Destin condo the day before that had mold, so we were so thankful for how clean our unit was). From checking into the front desk and getting our keys to the whole stay. It’s been great! All the employees are so friendly and nice especially the front desk.
I was happy to see many things upgraded throughout the hotel. We were only on the 3rd floor but we always use the stairs because it’s more convenient. I would definitely come back.

Great gulf view. Beach access is unbeatable. Fun bar staff. Would visit again.

Our condo inside was perfect, comfy bedding and clean. We’ve stayed here 5 years ago and structure outside was nice and well kept, needs a little TLC now.
Very disappointed when I went out on the balcony to find dried seagull poop in 4 locations which had been there for months I think.The 4th location was on one of the chairs which my husband hurried and cleaned up so I don’t have that pic .
Housekeeping needs to be reminded the balcony is part of the cleaning to be done, especially when there’s a cleaning fee include that I had to pay and was charged for a clean and enjoyable stay!
I wasn’t 100 percent happy with the nasty balcony but didn’t complain while I was there to spoil our stay. Overall enjoyed the beach and our stay after all .

Destin is the best place to go clean gorgeous beaches and water parks and boats to rent and any water sports to rent it is such a gorgeous place!!!!!

Came here for our honeymoon this week and it was amazing! The location, the staff and just the area was amazing. My wife and I are definitely coming back next year again! They treated us so well with 2 champagne glasses to help celebrate our special week

We had a great view, it was clean. A full kitchen and furnished.

This place was absolutely amazing. The view was breathtaking. The staff at the resort was professional and courteous and the actual room had absolutely everything you could want or need to enjoy your time on the beach’s. The bed was actually really comfortable and there was a Murphy bed and a set of bunk beds and it had a washer and dryer with tide pods bleach and dryer sheets there was a full service kitchen all needed things to make a home cooked meal and plenty of towels as well. I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know and would say without question the owners know how to run their business. More places should do things the way this place does and people could actually enjoy their vacation if so. We ended our trip here and we wished we had stayed here the entire time. Thank you sundestin and the owner of room 309 your amazing keep up the good work. See you next year we will be making g a reservation and have already sent several friends to the property website to reserve their stay.

A wonderful and clean beach resort. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was great. Plenty of televisions for family. Our unit slept six. Spacious sitting. Balcony. Great view. Two pools , and two hot tubs. I enjoyed my visit. Would like to stay at Sun Destin Beach Resort again.
