In my 64 years on this Earth, and 42 years as a Business Owner, I cannot think of a Property Management and Realty Firm that has sooooo impressed me. I wish that I could give Matok 10 Stars !!! Igor, Marina, and Tanya are consummate Professionals, and VERY NICE PEOPLE. They were patient, polite, and always promptly responsive to me. In today's World ... it is hard to find Good People like Igor, Marina, and Tanya at Matok Realty and Management. Lastly, these Good People at Matok are also very honest, kind and compassionate. We moved to the Palm Coast area back in November. Before we moved we found a rental listing on Zillow and contacted Matok Realty. We could not be happier.

Marina, the property manager walked us through the house, the paperwork and of course the owner's expectations.

A few times since moving into the house we had to call Marina and ask for minor repairs. She always handled our calls as if we were the most important people to her. All repairs were done within few days. In every case, Marina was in constant communication with us until she was sure that our problem was fixed.

Matok is a wonderful realty to deal with....We have rented from them for almost 5 years. Very rarely do we have a problem, but if we do, they get right on it for any repair. During a recent hurricane, our back porch screen was damaged, and Matok got right on the problem and it was fixed the next day. We do not ever want to leave this home, and we are blessed to have Marina and her associates to be so thoughtful and prompt. We love Marina!!!!!!!!!
