My husband and I recently contracted Charles Barbel to sell our home. He is very knowledgeable, available, and always communicated to keep us up to date. Charles worked hard to sell our home. A pleasant experience with a top notch professional!!

We just returned home to MA after spending a week on both the west and east coasts of FL looking for a new, permanent home. We selected Lisa Annaheim as our agent. We cannot say enough as to how totally accommodating she was. She listened, and more importantly heard, what our wants, likes and dislikes were. She geared our search based upon what we had communicated. She laid out every possible option and spent two full days showing us those options. We viewed existing homes, house lots and met with builders in order to have a full basis of comparisons. Lisa is pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and puts no pressure on her potential buyers. Lisa was also concerned that we have some fun too amidst the house hunting. EXCELLENT, from day 1! Being a first time homebuyer is a dream, for many, but can also come with some fears. Working with Charles wiped away every doubt or fear that I could imagine. No matter what curves were thrown, he always kept me on the straight and narrow. Constant communication, even when I was out of the country. Very considerate, understanding, and knowledgeable! No home buying experience is created equal, and neither is a Real estate agent. Charles is an outstanding agent bar none.

Charles is great! When I first started the process of home buying a company referred me to Charles and he is awesome. He made the process of home buying very easy. Charles was amazing to work with from the first phone call all the way through closing. He helped me purchased a home remotely while I was in California. He built trust right away by going above and beyond and taking care of all the little things during the transaction that I wasn’t able to do since I was across the county. His expertises was second to none and he communicated with such a present attitude that I would love to work with him again.

Misty Ritchie is the BEST realtors we have EVER worked with, she was very patient and got to know what we liked so as not to waste both of our times... She worked with us over a year and we saw maybe 60 homes before we found the Right one. Whatever she was paid was not even close to enough... she has kept in touch and we consider her family.... Charles was The existential professional. He was on time follow through on every thing he said he would do in a timely manner. I told him that out of The real estate agents I’ve had over the years and I’ve had quite a few. 15 transactions with two more coming up over the last three years. Charles was involved in the purchase of this home and the sale of this home in Florida. He was by far the best agent I’ve worked with. I only wish that I had him in Idaho and Indiana to service the needs I had In these two states.

This is a long overdue review, we moved from the Midwest a while back, we really didn't know where to start looking and what we were looking for. I had found a listing by Palm Coast Real Estate, and emailed an agent there (Valarie). She was the only agent in all of Palm Coast that called us back with in a few hours, I explained we were just beginning our house hunt and didn't want to waste her time. She let us know it was not a waste of time and was happy to send us information about the area, and homes. We eventually came down and spent a week looking at homes and I could not have asked for a better experience, we had fun laughed joked and learned lots about the market. While we were selling our old home we even got advice on things to do to help it sell and how to deal with an agent that didn't want to spend the time on the house. We were connected with an amazing finance person and the whole process went smoother than expected. I cant say enough about the team and our agent, polite, reassuring, and helpful. The whole experience was as good as it could be. I strongly recommend them.

We can not say enough about the amazing experience we had with Misty Ritchie! Originally, we were looking for houses in another city. The realtors did not listen to what we were looking for. We went home discouraged. While surfing Craigs List, Robert found a house that sounded PERFECT! We flew back up after making the appointment with Misty. The house turned out to not be the one for us.
