Koch Insurance Agency is wonderful. They are so professional and very helpful. They truly want to help you get the best rates on insurance. We have had them help us for over 20 years. We currently have our home owners insurance and car insurance with them. We recently dealt with Megan in switching our insurance. She handled everything. We didn’t have to do anything which was nice. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called Friday morning looking to get a quote for Home Insurance. Had called a few folks my friends had suggested but they were non-responsive and not local. Waited three days for 2 of them to respond and nothing. Decided I needed someone local anyway and I was blessed with Haley Snell at Koch Insurance. It was pleasant to deal with Haley and by the time the phone conversation was over the deal was done. By the end of the day everything was signed, sealed and delivered. Very knowledgeable , professional and really seemed to care. Transferred my auto insurance over to her also. Will gladly do business again with Haley.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to compliment the professionalism and personal touch that I received from Ms. Snell. I absolutely hate anything to do with purchasing insurance and Ms. Snell made it not only painless, but simple and quick. I purchased 4 policies and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend the Koch Insurance Agency, especially Ms. Snell. I will be a long time customer because of this.

Koch Insurance was recommended to us by the real estate agent we bought our house through. He said that they have the best rates around. I needed to get new homeowners policies for my Mom's house and my own, Since I know Leigh Ann Koch from all the work she does with the FPC Marching Band, I decided to give Koch Insurance a try. Stacey Jones handled the majority of both transactions by email which was so convenient for me! She is very sharp and solved my challenging situations in a very professional manner. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

I want to thank Julie for her knowledge and informing me on the best coverage for my boat that I purchased. I feel that she has gave me the best coverage and advised me to get replacement coverage for my investment. And on top of the great coverage I do not need to purchase Sea Tow or Boat USA because this is covered under my insurance that Julie got for me. Stacey is very quick on the computer, you continue to supply Stacey with a barrage of information and you get an accurate insurance quote ~ much better than prior companies. This is the FIRST TIME EVER I felt comfortable talking to someone regarding car insurance coverage. The agent I had the pleasure of dealing with was Samantha (Sam). You ask a question, you get an intelligent answer. (Being a well educated person, I hate it when someone insults my intelligence!) You ask direction and guidance, you are given choices to fit your present needs AND budget. In less than half hour, Sam took care of all my needs and I found the coverage I needed. She knows the business, she listens and she provides. Thank you Sam.

We had a flood in our laundry room and kitchen from a washing machine that malfunction and overflowed.
What ensued with our insurance company caused delay after delay in repairs, mold to develop, and ultimately for us to pay 50% out of pocket to begin repairs while we continued our battle with Heritage Insurance.
We finally reached out to the Koch Agency. Within hours, Jim Koch had called us and then the insurance company. We finally were fully reimbursed and all repairs were paid in full.
We are convinced that had in not been for Jim’s intervention, we would still be waiting for payment.

In January 2017, my house was insured here and the procedure was convenient. Before the hurricane came, I received their tips to do the property photography and video recordings. This week, I am ready to pick up my new car, I consult with them on the insurance situation, their work efficiency is very high, the price is very low, I am very satisfied, I must give 5 star evaluation.

They have always answered there phone as if they new who I was by just giving them my name, they always take my concerns personally. I have been a client of theirs for about 8 years.
