Brad's Auto Service

I called Brad’s auto services yesterday about my wife’s car overheating, spoke with Jerry the owner, great guy, we even had some good side conversations, very personable positive dude. I explained to him about what was going on, and how I had already did an at home repair, he gave a honest assessment and explained he wouldn’t charge more than what was necessary.
Overall great experience, car is running smoothly. They said it only needed coolant fluid to run through the radiator, adding a gallon more, finding no leaks during the test drive. So over all, didn’t cost much, about $100 for service, with tip.
Thank you and your team Jerry for a positive experience, this was the first time I needed a mechanic for something more than tire change. You guys had Gods peace over you.

Excellent customer service provided by Brad’s auto service. Quickly diagnosed my car’s transmission problem, recommended repair at the dealership because it had a service bulletin out for that particular model. Much appreciated support.

I have taken multiple vehicles to Brad's and they have done exceptional service every time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are informative about what is going on with your vehicle, vehicle inspections include pictures, and estimates are accurate. They go above and beyond to make sure their repairs are done properly.

I showed up with a nail in my tire and the tire was totally flat. I was headed to an appointment and they got me in and out in less then 30 minutes the mechanic even did a test drive to make sure everything was OK. Great customer service to help the customer still get to their appointment on time

I took my car in for an oil change. The technician changed the oil, topped up the fluids, rotated the tires, and made me aware of a leaking gasket. Staff was friendly, appointment was less than an hour, cost was reasonable. I won't hesitate to take my car to them for it's next service.

My car recently had a gas leak and Brad’s Auto Service was able to take it in and fix it over the span of 2-3 days (due to being busy, but that was fine, and I needed a whole new part). There were two people I spoke to on the phone during the time my car had to be fixed - both were very nice, answered any questions I had, and were very helpful. I was grateful for the 10% student discount too, anything helps. My car has been doing great, I have a two year warranty on my new fuel tank, and there’s been no problems. I definitely recommend this place and will probably go here again if I need to!

Another great experience with my Honda FIT. This time I needed the starter and battery replaced and once again Brad’s to the rescue. Thanks Angie and the mechanic who worked on my car.

Great experience from start to finish. Angie was so helpful and kept me updated on getting my a/c compressor ordered and replaced. Hector was the mechanic who did the work on my car and I highly recommend him but I have no doubt that everyone who works there is great at their job. I will definitely be going back there for my regular oil changes and any other service.

What a great place. Worried about honesty? When they diagnose they take a picture and show you the problem on the computer before you agree to repair. It was awesome. They are d as easy to talk to and super honest. Prices are very reasonable. Great experience.

I originally came to Brad's Auto service for an oil change for my 2011 Honda Accord.. I knew something was going on with my power steering however I was hoping it was just the fluid. After doing the oil change rotating tires and checking all my fluids they found out it was my power steering pump. Very professional, was able to accommodate me right then and there. My car is running awesome! My steering I can do it with one finger LOL and the employees there are very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend Brad's Auto service, and I definitely will go back should anything arise with my car.

Booked service appointment online for routine oil change and tire rotation for my Mustang. Easy to schedule! I was greeted warmly and my car was taken in immediately, on time. The work was completed promptly with an inspection report. I paidu around $44 and was on my way home in less than an hour. Great job!! See you again in 3 months for the next oil change!

They seemed really good very professional. I thought I was having a problem with a gas leak but after them checking it a couple of times they couldn't find one.

This is second time I have used Brad's this time my turn signals, horn and my driver's side door would not close properly. They fixed the horn and the door and advised me I had a short in the lighting system and refered me electrical specialist.

The staff at Brad's is amazing. People are always looking for an honest mechanic....look no further. They do great work in all aspects. And all services are more than reasonably priced. I've taken 2 used cars there for oil changes and overall inspections plus some minor fixes. Great work and service. I needed a new tire on my Silverado and asked them to quote it and they told me to have it done elsewhere because they'd be over-priced. They know what they're good at and won't screw you to make a buck. Can't recommend them enough.

Took my car in for a brake job after having a scary moment on US1. The folks at Brad's made me feel heard and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve my issue. I appreciated the updates and photos of what they found to be wrong and the level of communication!
