I have been using Apex Realty LLC for my Real Estate investments since 2019. Elena Tchoumakova is an outstanding Broker with a great feel for the market. I am very glad I followed her recommendations and built a duplex with Blue Crown Construction which became my first investment. I highly recommend Elena and her team !

Dear Brittany ( Olgas buddy !)! How convenient that you are posting another negative review about me ( Alexandra Kisch) under a company that I am not affiliated with within a span of one day from another negative review ! Sounds awfully similar to the above review from Olga Vashchyshyn ! Whats really interesting though that I can swear in the court of law in front of a judge , that I have never had a property management contract with a Landlord under the name Brittany Gaither ! Actually there isn’t even a property owner in Flagler county under your name or last name Brittany Gaither ! So if I supposedly stole money from your fictional tenants , how come you haven’t called the police ? Where is the proof of these texts of me , taking cash from your non existent tenants ? Matter of fact , we do utilize an online payment system , the one your friend Olga Vashchyshyn is very familiar with . Basically you think that you can write things on the internet but not have receipts? Would you like to perhaps attach these texts from your tenants and the PMA I have with you for our viewing pleasure? I certainly understand you tried helping your friend Olga but this wont fly as not only I don’t care about your creative writing outburst that made zero sense , I will also be taking legal action towards you for writing DEFAMING material and trying to make me look like a thief and a liar while it seems like that’s what you’re doing since we never had an communication prior to this , let alone any business affiliations ! Good try !

I would like to take a moment to share my recent experience with Apex Realty Property Management LLC, hoping that it may be of assistance to others searching for a reliable and trustworthy property management company. While I understand that certain parties may have requested that I delete this review, I feel it is important to provide an honest and detailed account of my dealings with this company.

When my family and I moved out of the property that was managed by Apex Realty Property Management LLC, we took great care to ensure that it was left in better condition than when we first arrived. We agreed to pay for any regular wear and tear damages, including carpet cleaning and touch-ups, and we did so without hesitation. However, we were extremely disappointed when we did not receive the remaining portion of our security deposit back from Apex Realty Property Management LLC. The property manager, Alexis, had informed us that the landlord was holding onto the money, but upon contacting the landlord directly, we discovered that this was not the case. The landlord had not received any money from the deposit and informed us that it was the property manager's responsibility to return our funds.

When we reached out to Alexis regarding the matter, she was unhelpful and untruthful in her responses. Despite our efforts to resolve the situation amicably, the property manager apparently chose to keep our money without any valid explanation. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and let down, and we strongly advise against conducting business with this company in the future.

In conclusion, I would like to emphasize the importance of transparency and honesty in all business dealings. I hope that this review will serve as a cautionary tale for those seeking a reliable and trustworthy property management company and that Apex Realty Property Management LLC will take the necessary steps to ensure that its practices are fair and just for all parties involved.
