We worked with Tina today on one of her listings. The irrigation needed an inspection for the closing and she hired us (My Irrigation Guy) to inspect the system. It’s was just supposed to be an inspection but we found a break in one of the lines. When she told the homeowner about it he said he’d fix it himself. But Tina didn’t want any hiccups with the sale moving forward so she paid (out of her pocket) to have us fix the problem. Certainly this was over and above what she was responsible for. From this experience I see why Tina is so successful and has so many 5 star reviews. It was great working with you today! Looking forward to helping out on other projects.

Great realtor, she always answered the phone when I called her, or she would call me right back. Tina works her listings very hard she is not like other realtors that take a listing and wait for it to sell. Tina does what it takes to make her listings sell fast.

Tina Johnson was referred to me by a family member. Since I live in Connecticut and was looking for my forever home In Florida for my retirement, I needed someone with great experience who knew the area and help me through the entire process. I called Tina and right away she began the process of looking up homes and properties prior to me arriving in Florida for two weeks. The very next day of my arrival in Florida ( Saturday) Tina wanted to show me the area and some homes she had prepared to show me. I had given her descriptions of what type of home I was looking for prior to my arrival.
Tina was well prepared for our first trip around Florida. She advised of the differences between new homes and previously owned homes and what the advantages and disadvantages were. She was very knowledgeable with the homes and businesses in the area.
Not knowing Tina at all, she allowed me to travel in her personal vehicle, which made things so much easier then following her in my personal vehicle. She took me around for a week and a half, even on a Sunday until I decided to have a new home built. We found a plot of land around the corner from a family member of mine. Tina Right away began the paperwork for the purchase of the land and the owner excepted my offer. Tina also set me up with Flagler County Abstract Company and with Florida Testing & Engineering. Tina did all the leg work which again I had no knowledge of. Tina then set me up with SeaGate Homes and we made contact with Claudia Strickland, who may I say was awesome. Now I’m having my very first new home Built called the Augusta. I can not wait to move to Florida. I can not put into words how understanding, knowledgeable and caring Tina truly is. I will be using Tina’s services again when I have my mother’s new home built right next to me. I would give Tina 10 stars if I could.
