Great staff. Friendly customer service. Sometimes it’s busy but they always have staff available to noterize. Frank is alway professional and listens to your needs.

I met Alan today for the first time at this Palm Coast branch. He is the perfect example of what an employee should be. He is kind, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a more positive perspective of the bank since my faith in Bank of America had been dwindling. Alan works toward the front when you first walk in and seems to keep the whole branch along with customers in a positive and productive flow. Eventually they will be probably replace people with robot's; they should use Alan as the model for this. Hopefully upper management will see this review and give Alan the praise and recognition he deserves. Thank you Alan for going out your way to care, and show people they have importance and value.

Very pleasant staff. Mrs. Joy was very helpful at this branch and it's always a pleasure to come see all the ladies and gentlemen who work here. Everyone is very efficient, I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. Thank you for the great customer service!

I went 2 days ago to get my will signed with witnesses. They were very accommodating right before closing time. I appreciate the team taking the effort to see me.

great bank been with them for years but if you ever call them for something quick it takes them almost an hour to answer every time! I mean EVERY TIME! and whilst waiting they make they robot repeat the whole speech every minute! they make you wanna gauge your ears out.

The tellers and staff are nice, but since Bank of America is trying to automate everything wait times have drastically increased and customer service experience has suffered. Only one drive through teller lane open and the drive through atm lanes tilts away from the machine which makes it super awkward to use.

The bank have a good customer service but when the line is getting long Manger need to do something. No one is paying attention to this. I been there many time and it still the same.
