Went in for a very quick print at the location on university and commercial. Darion helped me and all the customers with patience and exceptional customer service. We need more like you. Thank you Darion.

Came in to print one page, and copy a receipt (two-parts). Back in the day printers required coins to be inserted to be used. These days credit/debit card can be utilized prior to the print/service job. It cost .25 cents per page, therefore .75 cents in total. It was really busy when I went. Recommend this location for anyone in the area.

Today: I came in and was shocked at how busy the store was… I was actually aggravated… I lashed out at one of the copy center specialists (Deeonte). He apologized, even though I was wrong… he calmed me down and gave GREAT Customer Service.. Thank You Deeonte!!!

My husband and I came in looking for a new printer for our household. Luke assisted us throughout the whole ordeal. He was very knowledgeable of the products which made it easier for us to make a decision.

Derrick in the Copy and Print center deserves more than 5 stars. In the 10 minutes of customer service my mother and I received from him, we experienced kindness, determination, genuine care and understanding, emotional control, and the will to continue learning.

I had to write a review because it was such a breath of fresh air. People like Derrick inspire me to be not only a better worker but a better person.

I ordered business cards and upon pick up they were not cut correctly. Q got right on the job and got my ordered redone super quick, his attentiveness and excellent customer service definitely made it better. Thanks again Q!

Amazing costumer service
There is a fellow here named Mark, he is super patient and understanding, a gem of an employee.

At first I thought this was just a regular visit to staples instead I received top-notch customer service, wow! The manager greeted me as I entered the store, checked on me and assisted me every step of the way; on top of that exceptional customer service at checkout I received service that I've never received before.

Abby the cashier was out of this world her caring demeanor and hands on approach made my day! This is one of the best Staples hands down!!! Abby they need to promote you! Thank you Abby God bless you darling 😘

The lady from Jamaica

I needed a good chair for my office. Jose was very helpful and helped me find a great chair. Their pricing was very competitive and I spent a bit more than I had intended but I love my new chair. When there was an issue after 3 weeks, the manager was very accommodating and replaced my chair with no problems. This will be my go-to store for office furniture and supplies moving forward.

That young sexy lady at the printing desk is real nice, she's always make sure customers are being help. She also understand the situation that's going on right now, I was trying to apply for public assistance, cause I got temporary lay off from both Jobs. I didn't have enough money to pay for all the documents I had emailed,she ended up giving me a discount. The whole staff are nice they greet you and everthing when you walk in there.

This store is always, ALWAYS there for me. When I’m running late, they are there. When I have questions, they are there. I been using them for years and the customer service is excellent!! The printing center is the best and they are never afraid to print it again if you don’t like it. I had to say how much I love this store today after It was 1 minuets away from closing and I was greeted with a smile!!

I LIKE TO TAKE THIS TIME AND REACH OUT WITH A GOOD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THE PRINTING DEPT. BILL EDWARDS HELPED ME AND HAD QUITE A FEW DOCUMENTS TO PRINT AND HE WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. Lyden is the best! Every time I go in to make copies or print he’s always so helpful and nice to me. Always has a smile on his face and goes over and beyond to make sure everyone is helped. I’m thankful to be able to go in and get what I need done with ease. The rest of the staff also runs the place great also! Thank you!

I come here whenever my printer is not working and it’s great. The printing services are great. You can print your documents directly from the printer from an usb, email, dropbox, etc. which is so convenient. It’s pretty cheap too. Staff is always friendly and the store is well organized.

I came across not an easy situation with printing but Alexis is a pro!
She took the situation to her hand and solve the issue so quick and professionally.
Definitely worth going to Staples then Office Max

Staples always has everything I need! And I often get great coupons with my receipt. Employees are generally friendly and helpful.
