Great storage facility. Descent pricing since I have utilized their premises. Only one time that they have increased their prices. Management keeps you updated via email on any updates and changes. Great storage facility on Royal Heights Road. The security is to the upmost for your unit you pay for. I have never had any issues.

I definitely recommend Gateway Storage Mall. The facility is clean and well kept. Units are easily accessible. The property manager Tara knows what she is doing, is friendly, and personable. I felt that my stuff was safe and secure with having someone and sometimes Jada (the furry four legged office security guard ) on-site. If I ever need storage again, I will return to Gateway!

I am George's wife, Erica and OMG AMANDA ROCKS! We had Amanda helping us with the storage unit we won at an auction. She was wonderful, polite and even made me laugh! I really enjoyed my time there with her she is just such a joy to be around👍😊 Very easy going with her around!

We have used the Royal Heights location for the past year and have had nothing but great experiences with the Gateway Storage Mall staff. They have always been very quick to respond by phone and by Facebook pm when I had any questions. They offer online payment and automatic monthly payments for convenience, which was great!

Needed a place to store things in between moving apartments. Gateway storage was affordable, management has been helpful, and the unit was super easy to rent and access.

From the very first phone call to Gateway storage on Royal Heights, Tara has been available, very accommodating and great to work with! If I ever need a storage unit again… I will definitely be giving Tara a call!

Provided military discount. They generously provided me a lock that was more secure than the one I was using because they care that their customer's belongings are secure. Then when I needed to move into a larger unit, they did not make me finish out the current month before moving into the new one. They graciously prorated my rent and allowed me a couple of days to move out of the old unit. As long as I live in the area, I will use this company because it is evident that they care about their customers.
