Peace by Pieces Healing & Wellness

Love it here! There are so many avenues to be able to utilize from babies to seniors. Yoga classes that are for kids and tranquility class for example for us Mom's. My son loved the cooking class and I've had fun at the painting classes. There are workouts for adults and teens, support groups for depression and anxiety. Due to the statistics in Flagler County there are a lot of events around suicide awareness. Their focus is building the community around each other to surround people of sorrow with comfort and grace. They are here to help. Let them know how to make an impact now.

Peace by Pieces has been a place of healing and community support for me. I lost my son to suicide and found Peace by Pieces through friends and my efforts to bring Mental Health and Suicide Prevention and Awareness to Flagler County. This group of amazing people treated me like family. Have supported me through love, caring, understanding, and the willingness to listen. I am now a Volunteer with them to help share positive growth and healing in our community.

My 18 year old daughter and I took a Belly Dance Class here and my 10 year old son took a culinary class here. We LOVE what Peace by Pieces is about! We met the founder and she explained that we all have different paths to find wellness. She is doing exactly what our community needs to create a second place for people to connect, learn, be inspired, find peace, and explore life. It's a fun, inspiring environment where anyone can find something that gives them hope or sparks. I find that the open nature of this center allows anyone to take part in the classes and experiences, regardless of need. It means it's not intimidating to get involved. Peace by Pieces is a great concept! I definitely hope they can succeed and maybe branch out to the south side of Palm Coast.

A place every community should have. Various classes for parents, teens, kids, toddlers, and babies! There is something for everyone there from one side of the spectrum to the other. So many different types of classes and the best part for us is that with the toddler classes it gives us a chance to meet other parents and adults that are dealing with the same type of toddlers at home. Toddlers play and we can share toddler war survival stories! Everyone has to check this place out. I would give it 10 stars but I ran out!!! ✌

Peace by Pieces is an incredible resource for our county. Toni offers many low cost classes for anybody and everybody. From infant and toddler open play and yoga, to mental health groups, to cooking and art classes - she has so much to offer the community and we are glad she’s here!

Wonderful friendly atmosphere, with so many different classes and events. A place for anyone!
