Hilton Garden Inn Reagan National Airport

I have stayed at this hotel three times in a row for business. Each time I have encountered friendly staff and clean rooms. I the airport shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the food in their attached restaurant. Their flexibility on the menu has enabled me to remain on my carnivore diet. I will be staying here in the future for business. 7/23/2024, I stayed at this hotel for my fifth time. I just wanted to say throughout this time the food in the restaurant is good and they work to help me maintain my diet. They also have a small store where you can buy drinks and treats if you want.

Loved the room. Very spacious. And I think they had one of those illegal shower heads I saw on seinfeld. So much water pressure I loved it!! Bed was kinda hard though.

This was a second choice after my first hotel reservations were messed up. This was actually a really nice stay! I'm glad the mistake was made at the first hotel, so this stay was able to happen.
The bar, restaurant, and breakfast buffet were great! The rooms were nice, and the staff was really helpful.
My only issue was with the valet service. They forgot to get my car on a couple occassions. For the price I paid for the service, I expected better service. Their delay cause me to miss a night-time DC tour, and I lost my $160 tour cost.

Aside from all the other wonderful features of this hotel, I want to specifically thank Kenia for her amazing help with my difficult situation- had a parking nightmare with a cross-country trip involving a delivery trailer, and she engineered a solution and checked me in seamlessly! Can’t say enough good things about her, and this hotel.

I stay here every time I’m in town for work because the food is fantastic! Takes the hassle out of picking a place to eat every day. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and quiet.

Bethlehem is a wonderful server and warm presence in the restaurant as well!

The location is great. Lots of local good places to eat within walking distance. The room was larger than I expected, I had a corner room. I didn't eat the continental breakfast. It was basic.

We were happy with everything. The room was clean and very nice. The location was great and not far from the metro. The restaurant was very good and every employee we spoke with was helpful and friendly.

I stay at Hiltons every single week for work. Katina went above and beyond to accomodate my travel schedule and was just the most pleasant person Ive spoken to at any property.

Very nice property. Clean, updated.

Perfect for international arrival travelers when they have long layovers. That's my experience. Very good location for night owls..😉

Easy and close to the airport. They have a great shuttle less than 10 minutes from airport terminal. The hotel was modern and it seemed to have a nice Hilton refresh throughout the space. No issue with noise at all. If you do park in their garage I recommend asking for a room on floor 3 since that is where you will enter from the garage.

Great location. Can get to basically anywhere within a short drive in the DC metro. Plus very close to the airport to make catching a flight home easier. Food in the resturant was decent, breakfast may be a little overpriced imo.

This hotel is a gem in the area, with quick access to public transport, clean, quiet, very friendly staff, I was always able to get to my room quickly and rest.

Place looks nearly new, clean and well maintained. I stayed here over the weekend when Delta canceled my flight at midnight after 4 hours of delays. I’m so glad I could get a room here. I’m giving good marks for this experience.

I always stay here when I visit DC. Easy in and out from DCA. Enterprise rental is on location. Great spot. Their restaurant is good too.

We were visiting the area and selected the hotel due to its location to nearby locations we were going. The hotel has a great location, is extremely clean, very nice staff, and we had a very nice room too. We had a drink in the bar before heading out to dinner- they have a nice bar and friendly staff. Garage parking just past the front door.

Patricia and Katina treated us with the pinnacle of customer service during our entire visit. Never without a smile and a positive attitude, these exceptional staff members provided us with a stay to remember. After a negative experience at a nearby hotel, the Garden Inn is almost too good to be true. In the words of the great Malcolm X, “There is nothing better than adversity. Every defeat, every heartbreak, every loss, contains its own seed, its own lesson on how to improve your performance next time”. We faced adversity at an established within close proximity and were blessed to learn the true meaning of service and customer first. This position experience is one I will remember for the rest of my life. There is honestly no way this place could possibly improve with such an outstanding and talented staff!

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. I was able to check in with ease and obtain my parking pass. I was relieved that my room was clean and smelled amazing! I’ve had my fair share of horrid experiences. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice view. The only down side is I did order room service within the allotted time I had to leave a message and did not receive a call back which was a bummer I was starving lol. I was met with the same positive pleasantries when I went down to the breakfast buffet. It was delicious sad that I couldn’t stay longer. I was met with the same kindness when I checked out definitely would stay at this location again. Thank you!

Rooms clean, roomy with efficiencies like a reading light next to the bed. Pluses include a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and very close location to DCA.

Perfect location for my needs! 5 minute walk to the Crystal City Metro Station. Beds were BEYOND dreamy comfortable....
Dinner was very good, Bill at the bar agreed with my choice: Grilled Salmon, with Mashed Potatoes and Mixed Veggies, delicious!

Will definitely stay here again, on my future DC trips. Exceptional.
