Holiday Inn National Airport/Crystal City, an IHG Hotel

Virginia was one of the best staff I’ve had the pleasure of checking in with. Her service was top tier and from the moment we walked in she was lovely and very helpful. The hotel was a lot nicer than I was expecting and the room was lovely. Better than I was expecting for the price. The room was really well air conditioned as well. Overall the stay was very good

I want to start by saying that Tracy, and Christian were happy to help with anything I needed. Tracy was a delight, with fun banter and a glowing personality. It is great to be reminded that some hospitality workers enjoy their jobs as much as she does. I can't give her enough stars. Christian handled my check-in professionally with his own fun style. The hotel is close to the airport, with a simple 2 minute transit (traffic dependent) to the parking garages and terminals, in addition to its affordability. I have chose this hotel on multiple occasions for all of the reasons mentioned above. ESPECIALLY the personable service. Coming from the heart of the midwest, this means a lot for me.

I MUST share with you all the service I just experienced!

While I did not stay at the hotel, my AirPods had been taken while at the airport. I had tracked them here and the amazing folks at the front desk, specifically Michael, held them for me and kept them safe and made sure I could get back to the airport in time.

In a world where many people feel a lack of trust, I am more than grateful the staff were so helpful and willing to help someone that wasn’t even a guest! It shows their quality of service exceeds what is expected from them and for that I am eternally grateful!

From the moment we walked in Michael was so kind in helping us by grabbing our bags because the room wasn’t ready. When we came back to check in Karen was wonderful! She was so kind and helpful. She had a huge rush but had the lines moving quickly!

Stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. Front desk staff was friendly. The shower broke while we were there and engineering had it fixed within 15 minutes. Several great places to eat within a block. Easy half mile walk to metro station. Saw several sites throughout Washington DC metro area and never needed a car.

As a traveler from out of state & the longevity duration I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn NATIONAL AIRPORT/CRYSTAL CITY 2650 Richmond Highway, Arlington, VA, 22202; it was extremely pleasant, excluding the noises from the other guests!!! The front desk staff (Jessi H. & Kirk) were extraordinaire, provided exceptional services (instructions/guidance to the areas, metro info, monuments, parking safety zone near the hotel, etc…). I had a friend visited from Maryland. Kirk provided us the safe areas within the hotel area & outside the hotel zone to park in order to prevent violation (ticket &/or towed)!!! The housekeeping staff, especially Emma, she was very kind, respectful & extraordinaire. Upon request, all of the extra toiletries were kindly provided without hesitation. She works sufficiently & clean!

Rooms are clean with the standard essentials such as: small refrigerator, microwave, keurig, coffee, tea, cups, tv, & toiletries, etc…

I believe the evening interrupted noises (talking loud & slamming their room doors) that were “EXTREMELY” disturbing from other guest was out of the control from the staff. Because the staff are located in the lobby (front desk) & noises are being conducted on the floor. This is the reason I gave the room a three stars. It’s related to Disrespectful Guests!!!

Clean rooms, and their accessibility options are remarkable. From the support bars in the showers and bathroom, to the lower closet bars, and door security view holes for standing or sitting. If you are looking for ADA rooms you won't be restricted to a lobby or floor level room here!

I would like to thank Virginia for the excellent service at the front desk. And also I called the hotel upon my arrival to Reagan Airport, now that i know that it was Virginia who answered calmly to locate where I should wait for the shuttle and right at that time the shuttle arrived. Every hour and on the hour shuttle departs from the hotel. Thanks Virginia.

So far I’m be loving it here at the hotel. Karen has made our girls trip a wonderful time with her patience and kindness. All while working the front desk by herself.

Great bed - comfortable. Front Desk staff was awesome (Tyreek, Jasmine and Virginia). Convenient to Reagan Airport with a shuttle.

This was a very nice Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean and spacious. Their breakfasts were the best I have ever had at a Holiday Inn. Bravo to the staff and their accommodations!

Malki and Virginia have been extremely, extremely helpful and professional … our first time to use Holiday Inn for parking … we will always park here from now on!!!

Virginia was so helpful when we arrived at the front desk! She made our arrival extremely pleasant. We’ll stay again for sure.

Mohamed at the front desk is my new hero. I left my glasses in my room and he went above and beyond to walk me through the process to find a way to get my glasses shipped to me at home in Nevada. I am so grateful for his exemplary customer service and kindness.

Virginia, is so sweet she gave us the room before the checkin time which was very convenient to us. I will come back here again. Friendly staff. Thank you

Jessi was so welcoming and helpful! We were exhausted after weather delays caused us to miss our DC connection and she quickly and efficiently got us checked in, told us all about the shuttle and hotel amenities. If she is an example of IHG hospitality we will definitely seek out their hotels for our future stays in DC and elsewhere! Thanks Jessi you have made us customers for life! The wake up call was really appreciated!

Stayed here one night while traveling when flight got delayed. Can't speak on price since it was complimentary. Room was clean and had everything one would need. Bath was nice with some decent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Keurig in room for coffee was also a plus.

Short-notice travel had me parking at the Holiday Inn via the Way alternate airport parking app for Presidents Day weekend. Delayed flight returned me middle of the night, with an early AM work meeting downtown. Super efficient and friendly young lady and the front desk squared me away for a room, and comped my parking for the rest of the night. Room was clean and comfy.

Let’s talk about Grade A service….. thank you to the guy @ the front desk (Kirkpatrick) for making my check in process easy and fast…. On top of that he sent house keeping to my room with 5 minutes of me checking in with extra towels….. Thank you

Only downside is paying for breakfast. The upside is tyree. If he isn't a manager he should be. Soooo upbeat and people friendly with great customer service skills
