This was my first visit to connect hearing and I was extremely satisfied. Kelly the coordinator greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. When I met with the audiologist Chris he was very professional and helpful in both the hearing test and choosing the proper hearing device for me. Great place for hearing aids.

Chris made adjustments and updates to my hearing aids and the results have been terrific. Chris is knowledgeable, patient and very professional.

Kelly, the Receptionist, was friendly and efficient. Chris, the audiologist, ran a hearing test for me, giving me an honest idea of what the issue was with my sudden hearing loss. He directed us to a center that specializes in inner ear issues. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend anyone with hearing issues to see Chris first at Connect Hearing off of Palm Coast Pkwy SW. You won't regret it!

Unlike Diogenes, today I found an honest man while visiting Connect Hearing in Palm Coast. Chris spent time testing my wife and I and answering the myriad of questions we had regarding products, technology, hearing issues, etc.

While identifying modest hearing loss for each of us, we decided that selecting a hearing aid was being put on hold until our conditions worsen. Chris was a true professional who displayed his knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire meeting. It is with great pleasure to rate and express our comments on an amazing business, Connect Hearing in Palm Coast. Three years ago my husband had a terrible accident which affected his hearing drastically, I took him to another place which I will not mention, however he was so frustrated that he literally walked out. I decided to research hearing centers which brought me to Connect, from the first phone call it was total and complete customer care to perfection!! Audiologist Christopher McClure has to be one of the most adept, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor we have met.
We are so pleased with my husbands hearing aids, cannot even see them in his ears and best part is he adapted to them immediately and can hear perfectly!!!
To sum up there aren’t enough adjectives to describe what a wonderful experience we had at Connect Hearing and Chris McClure, highly recommend!!!

I am updating my review from three years ago as everything has changed, personnel wise, at Connect Hearing in Palm Coast. Kelly, the front desk lady is extremely efficient in her work and the brand new audiologist Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up new hearing aids and answering questions. He is right on top on the "technology advances" and will take time with you going over everything. I've been with Connect Hearing for 10 years and Lord willing i will stay with them for another 10 years.

I have been going to Connect Hearing for the past 3 years. Opening the door you are greeted by Kelly.....the sweetest person you'll ever meet. Answers your questions and helps any way she can. Chris McClure is a true professional.....answered all my questions regarding my new hearing aides, which I must say are fantastic. I recommend Connect Hearing to everyone......professional. knowledgeable and the price is right.

Just got my new hearing aids. I CAN HEAR!! Kelly and Chris are excellent and I had no idea what I had been missing. The Television is 1/3 the volume it was and I can hear Mary 3 rooms away. Absolutely amazing!! And for you techies...Mine is Bluetooth and EVERYTHING I do on the phone can be piped into the hearing aids. No more Ipods or external audio amplifiers!! Went shopping after leaving their office and spent two hours touring the aisles listening to Led Zeppelin 3 and answered 3 incoming calls. I go back for an adjustment on Monday. If you are not sure you need aids call Kelley and get a free hearing test. Tell Kelley I sent ya!!

Chris is wonderful. He listens to every thing you ask.And gives his honest reply. 👋 I'm typing this for my husband But I have always went with Bob for his visits. And was always welcomed. We have been with him for years. Before he moved to Palm Coast and now we come from Elkton for Bob's visits.

I have been going to correct hearing for several years and have always received excellent service even though my phonak hearing aids were bought in Michigan where I lived. I am now a permanent resident of Florida and was due for new hearing aids. Being 84 years old I was deeply concerned with the new updated tech. as well as the costs. They got my old records from U. of Michigan and did the best cleaning and testing I have ever had. When it came to costs I laid out all the full page ads of competitors as well as pricing I had shopped. They met the best pricing and I am now in a new world where I can hear again. Kelly and Dr. Christ. spent a lot of time with me as well as made me feel completely comfortable and satisfied with the new hearing aids. They do an excellent job and I recommend them highly. Wonderful place. The Coordinator, Kelly is pleasant and accommodating. Chris is extremely knowledgeable with the technical aspects as well as oh so patient with people like me who tends to forget the instructions he has spent substantial time explaining on previous visits. Thank you both.

So I had a problem where my hearing aides disconnected from my I phone and Kelly at the Palm Coast office worked on my phone for 10-15 minuets and figured it out and got me up and running again. Every time I have an issue Kelly always helps me with a smile. She is the best.
